From the security guard at front Door to the office staff i was very comfortable with my visit, by the way it was my fist time. Dr. Kim, could not have been nicer, made me feel at ease, I could understand everything he told me. Procedure that was done, by him was done with the upmost care, and professionalism, if I could give a higher score for the whole encounter 10. would be the number Excellent

Dr.Kim was incredibly thorough during my ENT visit, carefully examining both my mouth and nose. He took time to explain underlying causes of my dry mouth in detail , which really helped me to understand the issue. The hospital staff were equally impressive-kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward every patient.

Receptionist greeting me was outstanding. Kind, pleasant, and helpful. Rob Hughes, PA and Dr. Rosenstein are an dynamic duo. Knowledgeable and attentive. Both providers "listened" to my symptoms. Their kind, caring demeanor made me comfortable and my symptoms were validated by both. Anyone lucky enough to see these providers are in for a treat! :)

I had a very nice visit here with Dr. Akl. The staff were amazing and very kind to my kiddo, who came along. My only complaint is that in my after-visit notes/summary, they stated we talked/discussed things that we did not (mostly regarding appointment scheduling).

Went in for vertigo when I turned my head at night in bed the whole room would spin after getting my ear cleaned and some exercises tilting my head it's almost gone great doctor they know what there doing

Doctor Rosenstein was punctual, professional, and personable. He put me at ease immediately and explained my condition with kindness. Parking garage fee was comped by the practice.
