Becker ENT was fantastic. I believed, for years, that I had hay fever but guess what? I did not! I was shocked. Dr.Elias Akl was wonderful, and explained so much to me about allergies. Turns out I am allergic to a specific mold - which I would have never known without visiting. The staff here is outstanding as well. And there is one blood test they asked me to do, due to a specific swelling issue so - I want to recommend this team. They are thorough, easy to understand, and very helpful!

I had such a great experience working with the folks at this practice. It was easy to schedule, the office was clean and bright, and I really liked the people there. Dr. Rosenstein was kind, warm, and easy to talk to. He took his time to answer my questions and I would absolutely recommend him. I also want to shout out PA Robert Hughes. He is one of my favorite medical professionals that Ive ever worked with. He made me laugh and put me at ease immediately. I look forward to my next visit!

My appointment was at 11: 30 . They asked for me to be there by 11:15 which I was. But I was not seen till 12:00. To me 45 minutes is a little to long to be seen. Nothing too much was done. Dr said he couldnt see anything in my ear. Gave me a script for nasal spray and an appointment for a hearing test. Not really sure what that will accomplish. I hear just fine. Was hearing hollow noises when I chew food. Has subsided but not for anything Dr did .

The doctor and front office staff were attentive and listened to my concerns. However I was most impressed with the nursing team. The responded to my concerns at 6 am and called me at 7:30 am to discuss. Never have I been so impressed with a team and I’m 53 years old. Thank you all.

I was shockingly able to get an appointment ASAP. Everyone was very friendly. Even though my visit was quick, the doctor and nurses were very thorough and offered me some options with reassurance that I could follow up if I still had any issues. Very clean office. Would recommend!

Dr. Kim was a fantastic doc. His knowledge and bedside manner really impressed me. However, the front desk was bit weak. I completed all the forms online but she insisted that I have to do it again. It was very annoying . While J was leaving the office I rerequested her to pull the data from the central server but I don’t think she knows how to do it. She could make an effort to do that instead she told me that Voorhees office is not connected with the server. Anyway, this is Penn Medicine and I expected better than this service from the front desk. All the departments must work together to get a best possible patient experience. Thank you,
