Overall, the appointment went well. There was however, a long wait to see the doctor/physicians assistant. I realize that can't be helped and is part of the process sometimes. The physicians assistant care was remarkable. The doctor answered all of my questions in a standard and concise fashion.

Reception could have been more welcoming. The new patient questionnaire came with a cover sheet which already had the answer to many of the questions I had to answer. It was 20 minutes after my appointment time before I saw the doctor, but he was great. Listened carefully, performed some simple procedures and provided useful guidance for the future.

The doctor & the PA were very thorough and easy to talk to. I have a follow up in a couple weeks after some testing. The downside is I waited for a long time in the office before I was seen - almost an hour.

Dr. Elias Akl was nice and took his time to talk with me about my situation. He explained how he wanted to proceed with my treatment and also he explained why he wanted to perform a certain test. He did not pressure me about it and asked me to think about it. I look forward to working with Dr. Akl for treatment of my allergies and asthma.

Very easy to book appointment. Dr. and nurse friendly and efficient. Was told, however that there is no allergy test for latex. I can self perform a skin test but not sure it was worth everyone’s time at an appointment to learn there is no way to verify and treat what seemed like a bad allergic reaction to medical compression garments.

can’t say enough good things. I called and got an appt the following week (needed a referral and in network coverage). Robert was not only thorough in a way I understood, but was affirming and caring. He really made me feel heard and like we were going to solve my issue together. We have a plan, and my previous provider just gave me meds and launched me out the door. Also, parking (valet) was so easy and convenient using the recommended garage - just an overall wonderful experience. want to clarify that this was at the walnut location. i waited an hour for my appointment at the south st appointment.

Becker ENT moved into their new digs and it is so much more spacious . I really like Dr Kim He is professional , but has a great sense of humor also. I had impacted wax in my ear and the procedure is not fun but afterwards you feel so much better. He is the man to do it. Makes me feel comfortable as I can be. Don’t wish it on anyone. Everyone at the office is very helpful cheerful and professional.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with any drs office. Starting with the front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. I was taken back as soon as i finished My paperwork the the nurse was also so nice and informative. The Dr. Hughes was AMAZING. Seriously, I felt so seen and he really listened my concerns. I would 1000000% recommend going to him if you need an ENT.
