I'm a cancer survivor head throat tongue lymph nodes anytime I need to see a doctor they always have time for me I'm too I'm too occasions they're taking them immediately or the next day highly recommend them I've been with them all through my disease all the doctors talk they talk to my other doctors which I have many I would highly recommend this please I can't say a bad thing about them

Thorough and kind. The Audiologist took the time to explain the possibilities for my hearing loss....showing results in graphs and explanations in pictures to better understand.

Great place to get hearing aids. Amanda is very patient and a very good instructor. She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable with everything that goes along with wearing hearing aid for the first time. Very happy with the results after having them now for two weeks. Probably should have gotten them a couple of years ago.

Smooth from start to finish.

This was a surgery follow-up visit. Dr. Lupa examined my sinuses and cleaned out some materials that needed removal. We discussed possible further work to open up one nasal passage that was still experiencing some blockage, and set a date for an additional follow-up office visit for that work if it turned out to be necessary. His care and communication were excellent.

Dr. Lupa listened carefully, explained the possibilities, offered options and, in this case, brought in another specialist. Excellent!

Dr. Frake is an excellent doctor. Competent, good communicator and helpful. Very clear instructions. All staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend Penn Medicine Becker ENT.
