Very nice environment. Very competent staff and they were very professional. Doctor was amazing, informative, and concerned.
I expect Dr Lupa to let me know more what kind of test he did for me. What shall I pay attention with the prescription I am taking. I checked online where inform me I should avoid to take some fruits and vegetables with higher acid. But doctor didn’t meatiness it at all. It is hard to leave message at the office phone for my question as well. I am disappointment.:(

The PA was very thorough and kind. Dr Lupa was very rushed, but very knowledgeable.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and there was not a long waiting period to see the Dr.

Very kind Doctor and Staff
Dr. Lupa suggested and performed VivAer low frequency radiofrequency ablation to treat my swollen turbinates and "nasal valve collapse". I've had several followup visits during which he has refined the ablations. The treatment has significantly improved my nasal breathing and reduced my episodes of profuse nasal discharges.
Been coming here a couple months the girls in the office are great and Dr lupa is caring and very professional highly recommended the dr and the staff. .
Amanda, my audiologist was fantastic! Always professional, positive and incredibly service oriented. She went out of her way to help me with my hearing issues. Highly recommend her.
