Was looking for another ENT practice and saw Becker ENT Upenn from a parking lot. After looking at their practice and choice of locations decided to make an appt for ear wax removal. Great appt and visit! Made a hearing test appt as the Lawrenceville office just added audiology testing there. Another good experience. Also great this is part of Upenn so all my records are easily accessed. Pre checkin process is consistent and communicated well.

This practice has good doctors and the staff is pleasant. Their offices are well kept. I had to do a last minute appointment and I was able to schedule and be seen that same day.

Staff was very nice & helpful. Both Drs were extremely helpful and professional. We’ll be back in 3 weeks for our follow up

My son has been to both the Allergy and ENT doctors. Both Doctor Omar H. Ahmed and Kathryn Edwards are awesome doctors, patient with kids and ready to answer all the questions of parents. Overall great experience.One thing which I wish this practice changes is giving same day appointments in case of urgent issues.

Very efficient and friendly staff

The attending physician was great. Honestly, the people behind the front desk were mechanical and frosty - not a patient friendly experience. But the doc was very good so that's more important.

The staff at their Lawrenceville office are efficient and friendly. My ENT Dr. Omar Ahmed doesn't let anything upset him. He answers all of my questions. He's as cool as a cucumber.

Professional and timely

Always a job "well done" with each visit. Dr. Ahmed is very patient and understanding. The staff is always very professional. Kudos to their newest staff member (at least to me), Nurse Randy.
