This is my first visit. I was able to communicate with the Dr. I hope to have good results with the nasal sprays prescribed. My only complaint is that I preregistered with all the pertinent info and it was not available when I visited. I did not have all the information at my disposal and was asked to redo all the paperwork.

Very impressed! I am dealing with very specific vocal cord issues related to essential tremors. I am 67 years old, have dealt with it a LONG time and have finally decided that I have to try something. I searched far and wide and somehow found this practice. I felt at ease immediately!! There is no quick fix to my issue but I feel heard for the first time and I finally feel like I am on the right path to some meaningful improvement in the quality of my life.

I have been going to Becker ent since August for ETD and hearing loss. I started with Randi She is very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my issues. She took time to make sure I understood everything. She listened and made sure I was part of my treatment decisions. Randi referred me to Dr Navarro. He is very professional and caring. He makes sure that I get the right treatment. Dr Kyle was great in making sure I got the right hearing aids and that I was comfortable using them Prompt appointments. Takes time to explain details. Makes sure that I am comfortable with treatment going forward.

I had three appointments throughout this week with Penn Medicine Becker ENT. First was a follow-up, followed by a hearing test and ending the week with a telehealth video conference. Randi was very thorough explaining my situation and with setting up the testing and explaining the results thereafter during the teleconference. Saved me a 40 minute ride to the office. Very professional and understanding of my issues. Vivian has done hearing tests on me before and is very knowledgeable and professional during the procedure and explaining the results as always. PS-I got hearing aids from her last year and because of her it was a great experience.

This was my first visit to Penn Medicine Becker ENT. Following a complicated Rhinovirus infection my hearing was very limited in my left ear. The office staff was very helpful and got me into an exam room quickly. Deirdre Emrich, CRNP was engaged and attentive and listened patiently to my concerns and questioned me on my documented history. She did a thorough physical exam and discussed her conclusions and a plan going forward, as well as prescribed an inexpensive medication. After three days my symptoms resolved. I will follow up with her next week.

Dr Navarro was very respectful and good with my son. He explained everything he was doing and even showed him the equipment and showed him how it felt before he went to use it. I would highly recommend him and all the staff to anyone looking.

Recently I visited Penn Medicine Becker ENT because two days before I had become deaf in my right ear. When I arrived at the clinic, all the formalities were handled very efficiently and after ten minutes I was seen by Randi Killian CRNP. She listened patiently to all my complaints, examined me thoroughly and determined that I didn’t have an infection, but rather damage to the auditory nerve. She prescribed me medication that worked properly, and after a few days I completely regained my hearing. I am very satisfied with the clinic’s services—thank you, Randi.

CRNP Deidra was very patient and thorough with all my issues and provided a good plan going forward to try and address my issues. Also the girl (bad with names sorry) who took me back for the pre-exam and helped me with the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Happy holidays!
