Dr. Navarro was very nice. He was patient answering my questions and concerns regarding sinus pressure. He performed a test to rule out a sinus issue. He prescribed medication, and I will follow up. The staff was friendly. I was confident in his education and experience, and I was happy I chose him for my ENT.

Got an appointment the same day - which rarely ever happens. The front desk staff were very courteous and I consulted Deidra Emerich NP, who was very thorough with her examination, consultation and feedback. Helped address all my queries and I got exactly the care I needed. Would definitely highly recommend both the clinic as well as Deidra.

I’m 83 years old and have suffered with sinus, mucus and nose bleed problems for decades. I have seen highly rated physicians in teaching hospitals without relief. Dr. Lupa’s recommended procedures have DRAMATICALLY REDUCED both the occurrence rate and volume of blood loss from my nose bleeds and I’m confident his recent recommendations for relieving my nighttime breathing, dry mouth and mucus issues will provide continuing improvement. I highly recommend Becker ENT and specifically Dr. Lupa.

Checking was a pleasure! The young lady with glasses was pleasant, professional, kind and knowledgeable!! The young lady sitting to her left was also sweet and kind!! The NP was also professional, kind, pleasant and knowledgeable!! The check out process with the same young lady was awesome and very helpful with scheduling 2 hearing appointments! How blessed the manager must feel to have such awesome staff!! Kudos to them all!!

Took my 17 year old daughter to Dr. Killian, PA and it was our first visit. Very thorough and great bedside manner. She explained everything that was wrong with her to her which is great because too many times they only speak to the parent. My daughter asked questions and she took her time with us. Highly recommend the PA. I will def be using her for any visits we have. #mono

From the front desk staff, to the tech who took me back to the exam room, and finally seeing Dr. Deidre, my first visit went great. Everyone was professional, kind, and the doctor answered my questions thoroughly. I learned a few new things that my former ENT should've told me about, so I'm glad Dr. Deidre is knowledgeable.
