Being new to the area and settling into a complete medical group, thus far both my wife and I have been very happy with PennMed. Dr. Frake of Becker ENT & Allergy is no different. Scheduling, lead up to new check-in for the appt was smooth and easy. Dr. Frake was pleasant, patient, gave me all the details related to my visit and laid out the follow up steps. Very satisfied and will recommend him/them if the opportunity presents itself.

I had an appointment with Carly Schiff to confirm that a problem I’ve been having wasn’t caused by specific things. She couldn’t have been kinder the whole time. She explained every step of the way. When I was having a problem doing the test, she was super responsive, and taught me a breathing technique that let us get through it. After the test, she showed me what was going on, she answered all my questions, and it was just a very educational and interesting appointment. Highly recommended working with her!
