This appointment with Alyssa Molfese, SLP, went very smoothly. The appointment started on time, Alyssa was very pleasant. She also demonstrated exactly what skills we were to work on and gave reasons for the exercises. She was very efficient in using the time allocated and was encouraging throughout the session.

I’m so glad I went to Dr. Randi for my nose and throat issue. I believe she was very thorough. She came in with a smile and remained kind throughout my appointment. She didn’t rush. Saw Dr. Michael Lupa in the Yardley office of this ENT practice on 3/7/25 as a new patient. He seemed to know something about my medical history before he even walked into the examining room which I found to be quite impressive. He asked lots of good questions and really listened. He gave me a thorough examination of my ears, nose and throat before making a diagnosis and recommending any treatment plan. He recommended a nasal inhaler which has already helped to control my symptoms. He also recommended a telehealth visit in about a month to follow-up to see if I am a candidate for a relatively non invasive office procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy. He really nose his stuff. Update: I did ultimately have the office procedure performed on 7/11/25 and was very pleased with Dr. Lupa and his entire office staff, especially Maddie who assisted in the procedure. GREAT DOCTOR AND ENT PRACTICE! Update: Saw Dr. Lupa again on 8/11/26 following allergy and sinusitis related problems. He had ordered a CT scan which he reviewed with me in person. He performed a nasal endoscopy in the office to better evaluate current status of sinuses. He also removed wax from my ears so I could better hear his diagnosis and instructions. Excellent doctor who explains what he is doing and why. He also tries to give the patient helpful advice and possible options! Very busy practice so be prepared to wait!!

Becker ENT has been excellent over the few years I’ve needed them. They listen and dig until they actually find the problem. My swallow test today was amazing. I got to see exactly what was going on and how it can be fixed. Highly recommend.

NP Deidre explains everything, gentle when checking the ears, kind professional and funny too. Kyle the hearing specialist explained everything the hearing test was about what to expect and why. CRNP Deidra was very patient and thorough with all my issues and provided a good plan going forward to try and address my issues. Also Savannah who took me back for the pre-exam and helped me with the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Happy holidays! Sometime mid January I saw Kyle Smith for some hearing Tinnitus issues I was having. He was able to pinpoint the cause of my tinnitus while explaining how it worked making it much easier for me to understand the cause and effects of it. Late January to current I have been seeing Alyssa Molfese for some throat muscle tightening and speech work. She has been extremely helpful and patient with my issues and has helped me make progress week over week. She takes the time to make sure I get the exercise correct even if it involves me repeating it multiple times. She shows how much she cares about her patients and their growth each time you see her. Jess in the front end has taken care of my appointments with Alyssa and couldn't be a nicer person. She always make me feel welcome when coming to my appointments and answers any questions I have when I'm there. The front end girls really make the office feel homely and brightens the moods of people arriving and leaving. Happy Spring!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yamasaki and her staff. They are all so professional, so warm, so caring, and so eager to be of help and service to every patient who walks through their doors. This is one of my favorite medical offices to go to, and it is because Dr. Yamasaki and her wonderful staff work so hard to make everyone feel so valued and so important. This is the way that health care should be throughout our country.

Kyle (Yardley office) jumped in to help in an urgent situation when one of my hearing aids stopped working. The office is friendly and helpful. Kyle did a great job providing an interim loaner and getting the unit replaced and set up. The BEST!!!
