Kyle is great. Very thorough during hearing aid follow ups. He'll go the extra mile and is super pleasant and caring. Also very professional. He really knows his stuff. And Deidre is wonderful when the ears need cleaning. She just pops it all out with the machine. Of course it helps that I put mineral oil drops in two or three times a week. Highly recommend that and this ENT practice.
