Saw Dr. Yamasaki for Botox for weak muscle caused by neck surgery. This visit was a follow up to the shots. She photographed my face to keep track of changes. Shots are several times per year and Dr. reassesses after each set of shots.

I came on May 14, 2025, Dr. Frake and his coordinator Suha were Excellent. She was helpful and friendly. I had lost my voice and needed help to get my voice back quickly for work and had helped me with medication that helped a lot. He answered all the questions I had asked for. Dr. Frake and his team were amazing. I had high calcium for 2+ years. My PCP recommended an endocrinologist, whom recommended surgery for a parathyroidectomy. I work in the Healthcare field as an inpatient therapist at a hospital for 10+ years. I needed to make sure that I had my own issues addressed before returning to work with my own patients. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Frake and the entire staff. After my surgery, Dr. Frake followed up with me directly after surgery, when I was home, and talked to my family. I am happy to say the recovery period and post-op care have been excellent. Highly, highly recommended. I am grateful that I was able to have the procedure done with a reputable doctor in a timely manner so I can have a better quality of life :)

THis was an incredibly friendly office and, although we were late, they coped with out problems as well as theirs with the schedule. We will continue to be seen by them--and relish the drive through some incredibly beautiful areas to get there.

My visit went smoothly. I filled out the required paperwork online ahead of time so I did not need to arrive 20 min. Early. Waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. Nurse took my vitals and some other info. I saw Dr. Paul Frake. He was personable and looked over my PET scan and then looked in my ears, throat, felt my throat and then looked up my nose. Explained everything along the way and I am blessed to report he found nothing. I would recommend this group based on my one visit.
