I was excited and nervous when I went to Dr. Schrader for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a direct eyebrow lift for eyebrows that had become asymmetrical in appearance. “Dr Megan” was compassionate and very informative She has the utmost bedside manner in addition to her expertise. She took her time with my Dad and explained all his options very carefully and patiently. She went above & beyond by checking his ears & removed considerable amount of wax which gave him relief. She addressed Dad directly which gave him a sense of being seen and heard instead of merely talking about him to us. You can’t imagine how important that is. In addition the office was run smoothly & efficiently No wait time. The office was immaculate and even “smelled” clean. Everyone was very caring. We were very impressed!!

Overall happy, though i had to fill in paper work again as the registration process had a wrong link which goes to a different Penn system than the one they use for the location I went to.

Went in to check sinuses after experiencing a long drawn out cold with coughing. I was found to be clear, and was prescribed a spray medication. So far, so good!
