The staff was organized and pleasant ,Doctor Han treated me like she already knew me addressed my device issues and is in the process of getting things up and running again . Everyone I've encountered at Becker ENT of Princeton has been quick, efficient, clear, and kind. I've never seen an office run so smoothly, from the front desk staff, to the nurse that brought me back for the initial check up, to the doctors themselves. And both doctors I've seen so far (Dr Yamasaki & Dr Han) both take down notes of every concern I had, and addressed each one. I've never felt so heard (pun intended) about each issue I've had. And they still manage to see me in a reasonable amount of time before going to see their next patients. I put off seeing an ENT for far too long, and only wish I'd done this sooner. I'll recommend this office to anyone with any ENT concerns.

Saw Dr. Yamasaki for Botox for weak muscle caused by neck surgery. She assessed effects of first dose and adjusted, after taking extensive history, for the second dose. Effective care provider.

Dr. Frake is thorough, a good communicator and I feel fortunate to have him. His careful approach found cancer at an early stage that has led to a very positive result. Simply a great doctor and a great practice.
