The service at the store is excellent the manager Brandon is always available and attentive to you when you come into the store he always addresses you by your name it always greet you in a very friendly manner as well as the other employees I've been a customer at this store since they open not only in the pawn area but in the title loan area as well I was previously a customer of Pawn South but I wouldn't go anywhere else but Dick's Pawn Superstore in Conway South Carolina I would recommend the store to any of my friends and family members and to my experience Brandon has been a great manager of the store #keep up the good work Brandon

Great place to do business, fair prices, highly recommend. Go and see Justin at Dicks pawn on 701 in Conway, he goes above and beyond to help customers and get you what you need for items. Also they are great on working deals on items they sell. Justin is the man to deal with but If you ever need help and Justin is not around then ask for Brandon the manager, he will definitely get you right too

Met with Justin Wilkerson at the Conway Store. Had to make a difficult decision about selling some personal items to pay my bills. He and the Assistant Manager were very kind and made the situation feel comfortable and made me comfortable throughout the whole situation. Kelly is awesome. She was patient and kind while we were shopping. She didn’t rush us and made us feel comfortable. She was training a girl named Kim and she was delightful too. I am taking this time to write this review because of the exceptional service I received (time and time again) while working with the entire team at Dick’s jewelry. I have been planning and researching for a very long time how to best upgrade my 1 carat diamond. With so many options out there, including online, I still found that Dick’s had the selection, guidance, standards, knowledge and expertise in place to assist with such an important purchase. They were supportive along the way and worked with me so I found the best diamond and fit. I am so appreciative of Kelly and Dave for being patient and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. I used my existing wedding bands with my new 2 carat diamond (which is certified) and placed my original diamond in a necklace setting as a pendant. Jim did an amazing job. Both of these pieces turned out absolutely beautiful and I haven’t stopped smiling since! They have years of experience, excellent price points and very high quality diamonds. I hope this review is helpful for others and I strongly suggest to check them out.
