I recently finished paying for a Canon DSLR (camera) that I had placed on layaway months ago. From the time I placed it on layaway until I finally picked it up Brandon (Conway store) was always at the forefront of assisting me and answering any questions I had. Many companies have forgotten about customer service. I'm glad to see Dick's has not. Kudos to Brandon for both being, and setting, the example.
