Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and outgoing, the breakfast section was great, the food area was clean and the front desk was very helpful when ask for help. The pool area was clean. The gym room has everything for daily workout.

The breakfast buffet is very nice and well kept, Angie and Sherry do a wonderful job keeping things clean and well stocked. The pancakes are pretty good.

As a truck driver based out of Springfield, I stay here quite often. It is ALWAYS a pleasant stay. All of the staff from Angie and Kristina up to Seannine at the front desk are friendly, helpful(and funny!). My fellow drivers and I affectionately refer to this place as the 'Hometel'. Looking forward to coming back here for many years. Thanks girls!

I have stayed at this particular hotel several times and I have never been disappointed. The service and cleanliness are top notch. The beds are so comfortable and so are the pillows. Location is right off the interstate and near several restaurants and shopping places. Bass Pro Shop museum and Aquarium is just down the road and Fantastic Caverns is a short drive away and so is the zoo. I will be staying here again.

Excellent value, easy access to/from interstate without excessive traffic noise in our room, and a clean and comfortable bed and adequate room accessories (AC, minifridge, coffee maker, etc.). Conveniently located gas stations and restaurants nearby.

My first stay…I was reluctant! Then I met Miss Mel, the front desk Rep, she is so kind, helpful, informative! She also scored extra points for being kind and attentive to my Littles, 10 and 12. My 10 yr old is in the talkative stage and 99%of adults don’t TAKE time to see and hear them. Miss Mel, you made my 10 yr old son feel welcome and THAT makes this Momma’s heart just adore you! Thank you! And to the Breakfast Manager, you, too, are so kind, helpful, assertive. Thank you for your help! Now, the hotel…clean, had a musty smell, like recent water damage. Beds comfy, breakfast was better than expected. REAL FOOD! Eggs, sausage, tortillas, veggie mix salsa, all the continental breakfast items, pancakes. COFFE is sufficient! Which is not a bad thing…I am a coffee snob!

Very convenient location off I-44. Nice rooms although TV remote was touchy. I like the constant fan button for the AC. Night attendant was very helpful. A real sweetheart.

Great staff in the Breakfast Room! Angie keeps everyone happy and enjoyable. The food was great and the breakfast room was clean and neat. You can tell how much she cares about the guests.

Excellent breakfast, great service, clean rooms

Angie and Sherry do a fantastic job on the continental breakfast. Making sure everyone checked in from their room - keeping nonpaying guests from entering. Things were hot and fresh and very clean. Plus their welcome was genuine.😊 Maudine was my daughter's room attendant (#236.) I noticed a sticky mess left on my desk, and behind the side tables were atrocious (I had dropped something behind and ad to pick it up.) My room 237 was clean. Overall the stay was good. Front desk staff was pleasant as well. (Caitlin and Abby.)

Clean comfortable hotel. Beds were very comfortable, room and shower is updated. Breakfast was really good.

It was an overall pleasant stay. The rooms and hotel were clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

This is a recently refurbished hotel, but has been redone to a nice standard (very clean). Abbey (the front desk person), Angie and Shari (kitchen staff) and Kayla (the cleaning staff) were amazing!! They were all VERY helpful during our stay, and had some helpful hints about the area and cool places to check out.

Community Labor Partnership is a real Boone to homeowners and Others trying to keep their budget intact. A wonderful alternative that offers help at low cost to communities

The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was great. The breakfast manager Angie was very helpful and professional.

The only drawback was trouble with the wifi. Several guests complained. The clerk insisted it wasn't a problem on her end because she had internet. When we got back from dinner it was working so she must have reported it and they got it fixed.
