It’s good

Very clean room and comfy bed

Kaitlyn and William went above and beyond our whole stay. They were very accommodating and cordial every time we needed to asks a question or get help. It really helped a lot with an extended stay. Thank you for hiring caring people!!!

The breakfast ladies are professional and nice. They always have a smile for everyone and the food is fresh and delicious. Angie and her helper Sherry are a wonderful team and I appreciate their hard work!

It was just an overnight stop, but we checked in late and the staff was accommodating and friendly! Easy check in & out, the breakfast was very tasteful! Loved the pancake maker! Bed was comfortable! If you’re just looking for a place to sleep right off the highway, give it a try!

Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds

We stay at this location often and have never had any issues. Very friendly hotel staff. Would highly recommend

All staff were very helpful and kind. Well kept place. Rooms were clean and decent. Close to restaurants. Really good for our purposes. My Kid was doing college scouting meetings.

We just needed a couple of days off the road and we usually stay at a Baymont wen we can. This was a very clean and comfortable room all the staff was nice and courteous. We enjoyed are stay with them

You’re a wizard Katelyn! We had an amazing stay here in room 141. She was so pleasant for a late check in and so helpful giving us information before we had to ask about the pool and breakfast and other amenities in the hotel. She also salted the walkway extra for us which was very much appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was a standout and something we enjoyed. The room was clean and well appointed for a room under $100 a night. I will for sure book here again. Thanks Katelyn for making our night better!

We had a nice stay for the night! Staff was friendly and welcoming, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the hotel and our room was clean! Thank you Christy for making us breakfast! Even though the pancake machine was down, there were still other things we liked! Christy was very friendly, she cleaned tables, and picked up trash. If we ever come this way again, we would definitely stay again! -From your IN friends!-

Softer pillows would have been nice- the pillow were hard. The room was clean. We had kids or an acrobatic team above us jumping and running into the night and early am. Not hotels fault, but annoying. Staff was very friendly. The elevator was broken, not sure if ground floors available that night but would have been nice to be switched to ground considering.

We had a great stay at the Baymont. The rooms were clean, comfy, and the hospitality was superb. My favorite part was the breakfast and the incredible woman who were so kind at breakfast. Angie and Kristy went above and beyond every morning I had breakfast. We will definitely be back in the future since I have more work coming up in Springfield.

Greeted as soon as I walked in . pleasant mood from girls at desk. My room was clean which is huge in this industry. The bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.Would return if I'm in the area. Close to restaurants and stores.

Great stay, quiet and clean. Shaninn very professional warm welcoming smile. Mike, the maintenance guy, had to fix my phone. He was so respectful abt coming to my room. Soraya waited patiently for me to gather my belongings at check out. My entire stay was actually great. Will be returning.

Good value. 4 stars compared to other comparatively priced hotels. Room was clean, shower good, pillows were curious (small and very thick, but not uncomfortable), walking in on someone already staying in a room given to us not so good. Was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Even the sofa bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress. The hallways were quiet and breakfast was very good. Loved the pancakes and the coffee was hot and ready! All the staff were friendly and helpful from the desk to the breakfast staff. Will be staying here again.
