This is a great place!! Awesome indoor pool. Everything so fresh and clean!! I got the floor wet from my shower, so I took a towel to wipe it up, the towel was white as could be after wiping it up. That’s exceptional to me! Great hot breakfast, too!! We will be back for sure!

All the staff I encountered were professional and very nice. The hotel is clean.

All the employees I encountered were friendly and personable. Angie and Sherry did a great job keeping the breakfast area well-stocked and clean the morning I was there. My room was very clean and very comfortable. The property looks well maintained. I felt welcome and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

I was beyond impressed with the service from the moment we walked thur the door. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good and hot. The hotel smelling amazing. 10 out of 10 recommended. I was also impressed with the soap it was not super cheap soap.

The room was nice and it was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I've paid a lot more to have less at other hotels in other areas. The breakfast was very nice and a lot more than I expected. Only problem we had was an outlet by the bathroom sink that was very loose and hard to keep something plugged into. When I told the front desk about it they seemed very reactive and wrote it down immediately. I would definitely stay there again. It was very close to the interstate but also extremely quiet.

Staff was nice & nice place to stay. Close by restaurants. We did notice places in the room that needed to be cleaned- headboards on bed & behind big comfy chair needed vacuuming.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean, water stays hot in the showers. If your a bobtail driver they are friendly, however they will work with you if you get a room and are completely out of hours and have a trailer, ( must be able to show you cannot make it to a truck stop) basic buffet style breakfast.

Comfortable stay and pet friendly. We had our 9yr old Black Lab Grace with us. Very convenient on the way to Rt66 from Massachusetts. I'm glad to see hotels are bringing back breakfast again and not just toast and Danish. Hot breakfast items are great for travelers.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and decided to stay again on the way home since it was a good experience. Everything was in working order and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good and coffee is always available in the lobby. The indoor pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. My husband used the fitness room and it was nice, although he needed 20-lb. dumbbell weights. It went from 15 to 25. It is a 3-story hotel with indoor corridors. Make sure you become a Wyndham Rewards member to get the better price. Very nice hotel!

Staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are in a little need of minimal repairs but all minor. It's an older building but staffare always busy and it smelled clean all the time even though there were numerous guests with dogs, ourselves included. Definitely recommend staying here if your wanting something inexpensive, clean and close to many attractions.

1st thing was how great the room smelled! so clean!! the bed and pillows are so comfy.. plenty of towels, and i really like the Dove soap and shampoo/conditioner that was supplied. was defiantly a good experience and i will be using this same hotel again!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room & carpets were spotless, the tub was worn but definitely clean. I'm a little weird about bathtubs. That's the only reason for the 4 instead of 5. We will stay here again!

This is a 5 star stay. Every thing is very clean. Breakfast was very satisfying. Every one was extremely nice. Be sure to leave the ladies cooking and cleaning a tip. It makes a difference and they deserve it. I am praying that the rest of our trip is just as satisfying

Issue with payment for one if the rooms and they called at 7 am we were trying to sleep in. The door was very squeaky. There were kids in the pool un supervised. Otherwise a good trip. It is a little frustrating that this requires 200 words because aI don't have that much to say good grief!

Booked it online after driving from Wyoming. It was one of the best nights we have had all week. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and nice. If we are ever in Springfield, MO, we will stay here!

Always clean and friendly..

Quiet location near restaurants. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast bar is very good with eggs sausage potatoes tortilla as well as other choices. Lobby appears to have water leak with several signs to be cautious of wet floor. Checking in was good

One thing that could be improved is to make the elevator faster… it seems so slow

Clean, quiet, nice & friendly staff. My room was clean, lots of towels and the bathroom was very clean. There were enough towels for the room. The coffee was very good and the breakfast had everything you needed. There was enough parking. Also there are great food places nearby so you have lots of options for dining.

Overall our one night stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel main spaces definitely need a deep cleaning or an update. As for the room, it was clean updated and smelled of Fabuloso. Unfortunately, the sink didn’t drain well when just washing hands and the amount of cleaner they used left the tile slick and hazardous. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the air and the tv worked. The breakfast was nice but left some to be desired. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Best stay in Springfield, MO!! I've stayed in three other hotels & they DO NOT compare at all. The room spelt so clean, it appeared very clean aw well...and the beds were absolutely comfortable!! We'll be staying here again, plus the price is great for what you're receiving!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet

Had to get a room last minute for our son traveling and hauling another vehicle. They were very accommodating to help us..Son said location was sketchy it had a lot of homeless people around. But overall nice hotel inside.

Great accommodations….. perfect for our family traveling through Springfield. Clean and comfortable.
