I am happy with the way everything was done. Very accommodating.
Rylie, was punctual when she came to my home to take a fitting. She was extremely knowledgeable to my needs and understood the "chest wall" swelling which is due to lymphydemia in both breasts. She took accurate measurements and returned with a custom bra that fits perfectly.. She is the best person for the job.

sometimes dealing with health industries can be very labor intensive . sometimes frustrating. dealing with colleen was none of that. even though they were adjusting to new systems and moving the company , she was on point. she came through as she said . it's nice to know customer service is still alive . thanks

All of my questions and concerns were answered very well, and they even really put an effort to work with me. I would highly recommend working with those that they hire. As for the product it was very neat and well organized into the point of white we had worked out. Everything came in nice packaging and fit really well. I was even told that there was a two week door if I needed to return them for adjustments that might need to be made if I needed that.
I have used this company for at least 4 years. I have since moved states and have still been ae to order my favorite Juzo brand. They are helpful and make the ordering process easy.

This is an excellent medical provider. My support hose has been a lifeline for me, and they do such an excellent job of continuing to supply me with this needed product.
