Collene is so helpful and considerate.

Elsa is an absolute gem. She has been my compression stocking guru for several years. She is always a delight to see, has a great rapport with clients and is extremly knowledgeable in her craft. Absolute Medical has always gone above and beyond to help me with my compression garments for my lymphedema. They have helped me with explaining my insurance requirements to helping me get the approvals from my doctors for the garments themselves. I have truly been so happy with Absolute Medical.I have worked with Elsa and she is absolutely the best!!! Always so friendly and explains everything from the ordering process to even helping with trying on the garment after I’ve received them!! She’s beyond wonderful!!! So far Absolute Medical has provided me with great service. They follow-up as needed and they are always there when needed.

Absolute Medical is a great place to get prescription compression garments. Last year when I couldn't get there for remeasurement someone came to my house to do it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and my garments were delivered quickly.

Through my work I am in need of compression stockings and Absolute Medical is a great company to work with …..a lot goes through email and documentation verifications , very easy , convenient and safe and the stockings get delivered to your home adress…..unfortunately my insurance allows only 8 garments a year with Absolute Medical, and during this process I dealt a lot with Ms Colleen Foley ….she went above and beyond to help me getting the stockings and furthermore provided me with valuable information getting stockings at a different company once my allowance was met with them ….she was always accurate in answering my emails and did follow ups and investigations for me to see if I was still able to get compression stockings through another company and she succeeded…..I am very pleased with Ms Foley taking that extra time and effort in accommodating me and helping me further , I so appreciated working with her, I so appreciated her help , thank you Ms Foley for what you do to get out of your way pleasing your customers…..it was definitely a great customer service experience…warm regards Pieternella

The person who fitted me for a sleeve was both personable and knowledgeable. I learned something new about wearing a sleeve that I had never learned over the years. When I needed a document, the woman who had helped me was on vacation. Another staff person jumped in and emailed it to me.

I am very happy doing business with Absolute Medical. They provide A+ customer service and are easy to work with. Absolute Medical offers a great selection of compression garments to satisfy almost any customer. My compression sleeve is the most comfortable that I have ever worn!!! I love the pattern that I selected and I have been 99% compliant with daily wear. The material used in the garment is very comfortable. Thank you for providing great product and service.

So far so good. Material is lighter than my previous compression stocking and definitely more comfortable. Only complaint is I wish the color selection included "Tan". Wouldn't stand out as much as the other offered colors do.

Staff is really helpful in finding exactly the right garment and the right fit. They also manage all the paperwork to make things fuss free. Garments arrive super fast even though each is custom made.

A wonderful service and they r of great help

I was trying to get a pair of hose that were open toed. The order didn’t contain them. I contacted Colleen and she put me to Alexis. Elexis never returned any of the numerous emails that I sent to her. She needs to go through a customer service class or training. I refuse to work with her again. Now Colleen, even though she wasn’t responsible for this order with Elexis she took it upon herself to get a manager involved and help me get what I needed. Elexis could learn from her. Colleen Foley is your rockstar! Do whatever you can to keep your people that provide excellent customer service. These are very few and far between. I would have rated 0 if it wasn’t for Colleen.
