Having moved to Chicago from Houston in the last six months, I needed to find a new compression garment fitter/supplier. A friend recommended Absolute Medical, so I made an appointment for a fitting. John (who I met first) discussed options that would work best for me, measured my arm, was sympathetic to the struggles of those with lymphedema and assured me that the ordering process of the sleeves would be easy for me (Absolute Medical would work with suppliers and insurance company on my behalf). He also reached out to my doctor to be sure they were synced up on the sleeve(s) I should be wearing. I've also worked with Brandon, Colleen and Leah - billing, reordering and fitting respectively - and they were great to work with, too! I've already received my new sleeves (turnaround time with reasonable), and I'm pleased. I had a great experience so far, and look forward to working with the Absolute Medical team going forward.

If you want an absolutely excellent medical place for your needs, then this is your place. I have been dealing with them since February /March of 2020 and a lady named Colleen. Not only is she extremely friendly, she's always there to help you with your needs or any problems that might arise. I just can't say enough good about Absolute Medical. I would highly recommend them for any supplies you're needing.
We appreciate the immense amount of help Colleen provides in working with the insurance company of ours to make getting the compression socks a reality. She goes above and beyond.... a rare quality in business these days, or so it seems. The rest of the team at Absolute works hand in hand for all the shipping and return details.
