Dr Hood has been wonderful through this whole process with me… explaining what to expect, what’s normal & what’s not. He answered all my questions. Dr. Mark Hood is a wonderful doctor. He is very personable and very easy to talk to. Hes always willing to answer any questions. I came to Dr. Hood, needing a hip replacement and both knees as well. He is so knowledgeable. He was my second opinion and he told me things the first doctor never told me. He was concerned with my overall health. I knew he was the right doctor for me. Dr Hood is an exceptional Orthopedic Surgeon with a fabulous bedside manner. He treated me with courtesy and respect and addressed all of my concerns about knee replacement surgery. It has been 6 weeks since the surgery and I feel fabulous. I highly recommend Dr Hood and his office staff!

Very friendly and helpful
Professional Competent and Caring, Dr Hood and his medical Team gave me a new hip , a far more mobile life back, at 76. Further, he sealed the outer part of the incision with an excellent glue. No pain or blood or extra hospital trip to extract staples. The sutures are inside. Subsequent recovery pain was relatively minimal. Very grateful. Mary Bookwalter Indianapolis
