Had the pleasure of having an appointment Friday for the remount event! Carole and Andy were so helpful and fun! Find the man with the bow tie!!!! Ross was so helpful. He spent almost two hours with us to find the perfect wedding band for my fiancé, gave me a great price to fix my current engagement ring, and even helped me find my perfect wedding ring set. His attitude was great the whole time, he is personable, and he is very knowledgeable about his job. I will be forever buying my jewelry from Ross at Kranich’s!

Hi. I came to Kranich's to purchase a gift for my boys. Immediately, Steph came over & asked if I needed help. She assisted me in finding the perfect gifts for my sons. When she couldn't find exactly what I needed she then had her coworker Matt to help. They both were so kind & helpful to me. I have been through alot of tragedy in the past few years, and they both made me feel like family. I will not ever go anywhere else in my future for jewelry. I recommend going here!!!!
