When I had to have a ring resized they were amazing working with me. My mother had passed away and I had no idea what to do with some of her pieces. Carol helped me come up with a pendent that will fit her diamond's perfectly. I can't wait to see the finished product. The sapphire ring that was also purchased from there is absolutely beautiful.

Excellent customer service. Bought many things from the Johnstown location and we love it there. Carol takes the time to explain options, warranties, and just outstanding service. Kranichs is very nice to deal with. Sales staff is very courteous and helpful in finding what you want. They don't try to fast sell you on things . Beth at the Richland Twp location is who we have been dealing with and she does very well.

Terrific choices in diamonds and gemstones. It was difficult to choose just one. So, I purchased 2 rings on my second trip in less than a month. Store is that good. Now, the drama of Christmas shopping has been drastically reduced. Thank you to Wendy and Marty. They gave me unlimited amounts of their time. Wendy's knowledge of jewelry is incredible. Very helpful. And, gift wrapping? No problem. Excellent!
