So I'm a repeat customer for over 10 years. I've purchased watches, rings, necklaces, and earrings form them. They've always been very professional and super nice. My most recent purchase was on a whim, hoping that a designer they work with still had some old stock from a sale a few years back. Within 15 minutes they had contacted them, found what I was looking for and basically had it on it's way to me. If you're looking for jewelry in the Johnstown area, give them a shot. They will prove themselves worthy of your business.

My absolute favorite jewelry store. The associates are so friendly and so patient I never feel rushed or pressured. They take the time to explain things in detail and never get frustrated with my questions. A great selection and even better service. I travel 45 minutes just to use this store and will continue to do so.

Kranich's has been amazing with me and my fiance. When I came in for an engagement ring they were personable and so helpful. They helped me find the ring of my dreams so that I could ask my best friend to marry me (which I did at Disney World). I will recommend them to friends, and continue to use them for our jewelry needs in the future.

Have been going to Kranich's for almost 30 years. Great people. Made a few friends there in our time going. Always beautiful workmanship in the pieces. Highly recommend. The staff at Kranich’s were so nice and helpful. During my visit they made calls to numerous manufacturers on my behalf in search of the perfect wedding band. They even offered a discount since I mentioned I worked at Conemaugh, and cleaned my engagement ring for me while I was shopping. I would absolutely buy from Kranich’s again!
