I had gone in to get a duplicate ring made and was beyond amazed with the results! The communication between the representative and I throughout the process was more than I expected (which is a very good thing in my book). Overall experience was very positive. The two young ladys that assisted us with picking out the jewelry were very professional and polite. I was very pleaded. When I attempted to pick up the ring I was met with an uncaring and hostile older sales lady that attempted to delay the delivery of our purchase. She had a very nonchalant and uncaring manner. I had to threaten to cancel the purchase. Fortunately the original sales lady called me later that day and repaired the situation. Be careful of the people you deal with at the State College store and constantly call to ensure your purchase stays on track. Bathe jewelry I purchased is great and my woman loved it.
