My wife had to have her rings repaired. Farrand took care of everything for us. Great customer service. No issues. The rings look brand new. Only a short time for repairs. Kranichs is the only place we ever go for jewelry because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I went to Kranich's to browse and purchase a sterling chain. The staff there (as always) were very accommodating and friendly. They fixed and cleaned my rings as well while I paid for my necklace. always a good experience. thank you!

Overall, i had wonderful shopping experience with Kranich’s Jewelers. I walked in to look for the watch, something like Cartier tank as a gift for the graduation. However, the store doesn’t carry the brand. Shane and Heather helped us to select what worked best for me, letting me try on whatever I wanted. They were very welcoming and patient, eventhough I ended up not purchasing the watch in the store. I got a very cute psu lion pendant, and absolutely loved it. I recommend Kranich’s Jewelers if you want affordable watches (they do have pre-owned Rolex, gorgeous!). Besides, you would not be disappointed with Shane or Heather helping you!!!
