I’ve been dealing with Kranich Jewelers for a while and they do quality work. This time they’re making my rings smaller and I know when I get them back they will be beautiful and perfect. I came in for a graduation gift of pearls, and nothing in stock was quite what I had in mind. I had two lovely women get in the catalogs and searched until they found exactly what I wanted. The whole team is amazing. I took my ring there to get it sized knowing I may be told I couldn’t because my fingers are so small and my ring was one that was going to be tricky to size down that much. But they took their time to make sure I got just what I wanted. Everyone was kind, attentive, and just so amazing. They make you feel welcome and explained the whole process to me. My fiancé and I were so pleased and will never go anywhere else. Now time for wedding bands !!! My ring looks and fits perfect owe it to them for being amazing at what they do.
