From the very first time that I stepped foot into Karnich's Jewelers years ago when they were located inside The Logan Valley Mall I was hooked. Other than their professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. You are treated with respect no matter if your just looking or purchasing something inexpensive to very expensive, you're treated like family. Very courteous and polite, informative and helpful. Prices are alittle high, but the quality and selection were unsurpassed by any other jewelers in area. Several ways to pay/finance jewelry. I would suggest to anyone looking for jewelry to stop at Kranich's before making any commitment to buy from anywhere else.

I wanted to make a custom ring or rings with my existing diamonds, sapphire, opal and lindy stars. They were extremely helpful and Andy got the job done! So happy I stopped in.

They were extremely helpful and very patient. I was there with my girlfriend finding an engagement ring. They did not push any jewelry on us or try up sale to benefit themselves with the purchase. My wife and I took our wedding rings to Kranich’s. Hers needed a good clean and the stone reset. My ring was passed down to me from my father. It’s pure gold and had broken. They fixed and resized to perfection and both rings look better than new. We are both very happy and grateful for the outstanding quality of craftsmanship. It’s hard to find good old fashioned service these days especially with heirloom valuables - Kranich’s delivered in all departments. I would recommend these guys all day long. Thank you :)
