Mark was very welcoming and helpful to me during my purchase of a Waterrower. He demonstrated it very thoroughly and then coached me through my first rowing session. He also shared some great exercise tips for me (as a senior citizen) to incorporate into my life. I really enjoyed my visit to PRECOR Fitness and it was because of Mark.

Alex and Mark (Cupertino store) were just fantastic. My old True treadmill was getting really tired and it was time to replace it. A new treadmill is quite an investment and I had a lot of questions. They were knowledgeable, patient and very very helpful as I tried all kinds to find the right one. Please don’t go to a big box store where you won’t get expert guidance. And please don’t buy one on the internet without trying it first. There are really big differences. If you are in the market for quality fitness equipment do yourself and your body a huge favor and go check out the Precor store in Cupertino. You will be glad you did. 😉

Mark was incredible. He’s very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into buying an equipment. At first, I did express to him my concern with the prices being too high for what I planned on spending for an elliptical. He still continued to help me. At the end, he sold me on an elliptical. He’s very professional and had great customer service. Highly recommend coming to Prefor home fitness. Make sure you look for Mark, who’s the store manger there.

Excellent service! Highly recommend Mark! I came to Precor to learn more about some exercise equipment we are considering. I arrived at 15 min to closing but Mark didn’t object, no pressure. After considering my health drivers Mark recommended some different tools, less expensive than what I’d originally considered, and spent 30 minutes letting me try them. We bought 2 and are very happy. Really appreciated his knowledge and customer-centric approach.

I was looking to buy a dumbbell set for my garage gym and Mark was extremely helpful!! I was at work and was contacting him through email. He was very prompt and courteous! I was able to get exactly what I needed with no hassle and it was very simple! I was able to pick up my items from the store and if he did not have a couple of the dumbbells on hand they would be there for me to pick up in a couple days. Very easy, great price and extremely friendly!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Nice place lots of latest equipments. Loved the roller and massager. My family loved it since we r a family of runners. I went in seeing the ad for hypervolt massager, Mark suggested I try the roller heating that I hv issued with periformis muscle and this was the best suggestion. I feel so much better after using the vibrating fitness roller

Reece and the store manager are very nice to deal with. Reece spent 10 minutes on the phone with me the prior day to address my questions and I came in today to buy the Mirror, a versatile Nord bench and some accessories. We ran through a Mirror demo and my experience was professional and very instructive in guiding my decision. Not a hard sell style - they truly want you to be happy with your purchases and be an evangelist for them. It worked! I highly recommend this store and team.
