I really enjoyed working with Reece on the purchase of our (replacement) treadmill. He greeted and gave me attention immediately as I entered the store for the first time. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and supporting accessories, especially within context to our specific needs. I really appreciated that there was no sales pressure and no upselling, and Reece encouraged us to take our time because it is a significant piece of equipment for the home (and I'm sure they would like to minimize the potential for returns.) As I suspected, Reece confirmed that the heavier treadmills that DON'T fold up (for storage or portability) tend to be better if you do a lot of running...the platform is much more stable for frequent runners. The store itself has a range of quality products (not just limited to Precor) for a range of budgets. You are free to try them all out. I originally was looking into Precor, but ended up with True, which had a slightly stronger warranty. The store's sale pricing is competitive with most online sources.

Wonderful products and even better service. Mark had already won our respect through thoughtful replies to our email inquiries. When we arrived at the store Mark listened as we explained what we wanted from the equipment. Once we had tried all the exercise bikes, Mark suggested we try the recumbent elliptical steppers. An elliptical with a seat, who would have thought to ask? I’d never even heard of them. It turned out the benefits we wanted seemed better achievable through the recumbent elliptical stepper. We are very pleased with our purchase and so thankful to Mark for listening.

I happened to wander into Precor Home Fitness passing by and was drawn in by their sale sign out front. I was pleasantly greeted by two employees Mark & Reece. Both guys knew their stuff, and were beyond helpful in answering any questions I had! Mark even went as far as looking up product specs and comparing models for me. I was so grateful to both gentleman for a great experience and helping me get the best deals around! Thanks Reece and Mark, I will definitely shop here again :)

Overall, a wonderful experience. I’m really happy they’re right down the street from my house and they stock almost everything you could need/want to build out a home gym. I don’t have to go online and deal with expensive brands and exorbitant shipping costs. Great staff — very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They don’t pressure you to buy things you don’t need, but are always available to answer questions and give tailored advice. I’ve purchased over $1500 worth of equipment from them so far to build out my home gym. I’ll be back for more.

After careful research, I decided to get the Inspire FT1 functional trainer. The nearest Inspire retailer was Precor Home Fitness in Cupertino. Arrived minutes after opening time, where I met Reece, a sales, rep, who invited me to try out their floor model of the FT1 and answered all my technical questions (even the dumb ones) as I tried out the trainer. He also showed me the larger Inspire FT2 with it's Smith-like front bar, but that would have been too large for my home gym. I ended up buying the FT1 with the Inspire SCS incline/decline bench, both with a very nice discount. Home delivery and setup occurred just two days later. Very happy with the equipment and the fast and excellent service.

The professional and knowledgeable guidance received by the staff of "Precor Home Fitness" has been 2nd to None. I absolutely love my Pro-Series adjustable dumbbell set by POWERBLOCK. Today was the final purchase of "Stage III" which completes a 90 pound set. Again, thank you for such guidance Precor Home Fitness. How I love keeping fit with their guidance.

I’ve have always dreamed of owning my own home gym. I’ve met both Mark and Reece from multiple times coming to their store and drooling over the equipment. I have always enjoyed just chatting with both of them because both are very knowledgeable and simply fun people. Anyways, I received an email of a great sale going on... went into the store and well let’s just say this I love my home gym! I got and Inspire FT1, barbell + a rack, bench, weights... And so much more and these two guys were tremendously helpful. There are few other fitness store in the area but if you’re in the market Mark & Reece are the ones you want helping you!
