GoogleAwesome experience purchasing a stationary bike, trying them out in the store, getting advice. Delivery was right on schedule and on time. Now I'm enjoying riding every night, watching virtual bike tours on my iPad, which sits perfectly on the machine. Only down side is that the Precor Bike comes with a manual that describes how to assemble and maintain the bike, but does not describe how to use it - how to set the controls, etc. I have no idea, and can only guess.
GoogleFantastic customer service! I went in to try out rowing machines. Brian and Tye were very helpful and attentive, but very low pressure to sell which was just what I needed. After a day to contemplate, I came back and purchased a machine from them and the process was extremely simple, quick, and very helpful. I highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in exercise equipment!

GoogleJust went in to try out a couple of models of water rowers and see if I'd prefer a monorail or a dual rail. Brian Smith was wonderfully helpful - he set us up with different models to try, gave us space and time to consider them, and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Thanks to his help I felt confident buying a water rower, and we were able to get it home and set it up in the same day. I will absolutely be recommending Brian and Precor to anyone I know who needs exercise equipment.

FacebookBrian and Jason are the best!!!! I had stopped into the store a month or so ago, as I thought I was interested in a curved treadmill, but I had questions. Jason took the time to really help me assess my fitness goals and whether that was the right match for me, and he even suggested some other options I hadn't even considered. Fast forward a month, and I came back to look again after doing additional research, and Brian and Jason were there. I got a great deal on an air bike, and I know it is going to perfectly fit my needs. They were both exceptionally helpful in both answering questions and going above and beyond wrangling the machine into my vehicle. And they did so with great cheer. I would recommend this shop without hesitation, especially since it is great service minus any pressure. Outstanding experience!

The only negative was the checkout experience. Their computer system is antiquated and crashed multiple times while doing our large order. We eventually had our sale completed after it was written out by hand. Thank you Brian!

GoogleWe had a marvelous experience at Pretor Home Fitness - Bellevue in no small part because of Brian who helped us every step of the way. We moved recently and the new owners wanted all of our in home gym fitness equipment. We are now in an interim home until our new home is built. We needed a few pieces of equipment and weights/a bench to get us by. After much discussion with Brian and trying many pieces of equipment on for size, if you will, we bought just what we needed for now and identified what else we will need when we have the gym space in our new home. Bottom line, Brian is extremely knowledgable, helpful, honest, candid, delightful and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got what we needed in an expedient period of time. We needed to optimize the space we have currently and more importantly, the workout results we want. To that end, we are very pleased!

GoogleAfter a bad experience at the Lynnwood Precor store, we traveled to Bellevue Precor, hoping things would be different. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a warm, welcoming environment and be addressed with respect. Our salesman, Brian, also the manager, was very gracious and knowledgable. No nonsense at this store, just a desire to provide the best customer service and make sure we walked away with a product that was a great fit for us and feeling good about our purchase. Bravo to Brian. He should be the official coach and mentor to all sales staff.

They were also so kind and caring, always wanting to make sure we were happy with the unit. Brian even sent a follow-up the next day to check in to see how we liked it. You don’t often see this high level of customer service these days. When I decide to go and set up my garage gym for weightlifting, I’ll definitely give Brian and the team at Precor a call!
