He never once tried to up sell me. He printed out all the specs on the machine and made me feel he had all the time in the world to answer my questions.

The residential models just didn't have the same smooth motion I wanted. The whole experience was fantastic and they followed through on every promise made during the transaction!! The guys at Precor were able to answer all of my questions about the machine, potential for repair and warranty info. These were important details when buying reconditioned equipment. I love my new machine. I love that the delivery went so smoothly and that it happened when planned. I will return to Christian to make my my next gear purchase!!

FacebookMy Aunt bought a treadmill from Precor years ago and it lasted over 15 years at about 5 miles per day. We recently bought a cardiac strider to try it out after having a stroke. These guys brought it all the way up to Bellingham! After several weeks it turned out she couldn’t tolerate the level of exercise. They were so understanding and allowed a refund and came and picked it up. The machines they sell are of very high quality and the customer service is exceptional. If I ever want an exercise machine again, I will definitely go to Precor first!
