The sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I told them my budget and never felt pushed to go beyond it and ended up with a treadmill that exactly fits my needs and tons of useful information. Highly recommend!

I worked with John (who also goes by JT) who helped us pick the right treadmill for my family. We had an amazing experience with him. He was always available to chat with me even during his day off (which I didn't know before I called him). He really took the time to understand my situation and recommended an excellent treadmill that would work for my runner husband and also for me to walk without hurting my back. He recommended a treadmill that had cushioning to support my back, side bars to help with chronic balance issues that I was worried about and he took time and effort to explain how I could keep the treadmill in excellent condition for years to come. We are second time customers here and have always had the most amazing experience with Precor Fitness/now Top fitness store. The people working here really care about their customers and go above and beyond to deliver.

John/JT was super helpful and personable, and gave my wife and I a quick lesson on how to use the rowing machine we were interested in. We bought from Precor because John was so helpful. Another benefit is customer service, John said to just let them know if we have any issues with the rower. The store is excellent too, as you can try out any of the equipment. Will definitely buy from Precor in the future, highly recommended!

There were three staff members who all equally helped me and worked together to make sure I understand all my options and got me exactly what I needed. They even carried it all to my car. And the whole store was full of stock - everything I needed for a home gym! Jesse was awesome!

I received a floor model when i was supposed to receive a new precor. They could have stuck me with the bill and a damaged machine but JT was great and helped me resolve the issue. Brand new replacement coming in less than a week! Happy loyal customer here!

We previously bought a Cascade rower from Precor in January of this year so decided to visit them now to look into purchasing, at some point, an elliptical! We met JT who spent an hour with us detailing the benefits of each of the ellipticals they sell and explaining the differences between them. We thought we were only in the “research stage” today but after talking with JT, we felt confident about our purchase of a Precor EFX 222 elliptical( and especially at the amazing extended Black Friday price they gave us)! We love this store as it’s less than a mile from where we live! Thanks JT for an outstanding shopping experience!!

I really appreciate the Bellevue Precor team. Wanted to get a reasonably priced treadmill, but safe for someone with knee and balance issues. They stayed within my price range, were very personable, and walked me patiently through demos. No pressure sales, just listening and teaching. This made it easier for me to make a decision. This is a great store to buy home gym equipment. I really wanted a step mill machine for my home gym and this store had one of the few models you can try out in person. The manager was very helpful and let me try out the machine several times before I bought it. He answered my many questions and was very helpful. They made a 3D computerized mock up of my home gym with all my equipment. It was very helpful to see how the step mill would fit in my room. I definitely recommend this store for all your home gym needs. They also have free weights, weight machines, and many other home gym items.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon looking to buy a heavier duty exercise bike. The staff listened to my wants and needs then showed me several different options. They answered all of my questions and never pressured me. I would go back to buy more equipment but they guaranteed me the bike I bought has a ten year warranty so I don’t imagine having to make many trips back.

William, the store mgr, was amazing. Instead of just reading off info from website he called their expert guy and helped me make best decision between the 2 bikes. I’ve used this bike in gym (Chrono) and was going to go with the Spinner shift because the price of the Chrono is a thousand dollars more. After he hung up with him and had all my questions answered, he told me the one I had originally wanted was on sale. So, I got the better of the 2, the Spinner Chrono. He went above and beyond. I’ve been shopping for a spinning bike for a while including Peloton and I went with this bike for many reasons … mostly due to the fact the handle bars can move from front to back as well as up and down. This was by far the best customer service experience compared to other shops including Peloton. Thank you and I’m gonna really enjoy this!!!
