Great experience. Price was comparable to online, but love supporting local business. Also, Brian the manager, who helped me out, is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and helped me hone in on exactly what I needed. It always helps when the manager is jacked, so you know he knows what he’s talking about. Highly recommend.

Contacted D Bell on The Facebook via the World Wide Web. He answered all my questions and sent me to see Brian at the Southlake store. Brian took very very good care of me. First class store and people. My only regret is that I wish I had more money to buy more of their great products. Will definitely be back.

All the reviews that said their customer service is superb are 100% CORRECT. Jennifer was totally patient with my decision process, answered all my questions, and best of all didn't take it personally when I left the store to go review a competitor's bike. If you're in the market for in-home equipment, this is the place to go. If I need to purchase more equipment this is where I'll return.

We visited the Top Fitness a few time to explore our options on treadmill and home gym. We were making a larger purchase and Brian was fantastic in letting us try nearly everything in his store to make sure we selected the product that was right for us (as far as treadmill goes)! Home gym was a no brainer. Brian is wonderful to work with, very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't imagine a better customer service! We got more and better than we ever imagined! Definitely recommending!!

Top Fitness Southlake is the G.O.A.T. of the Fitness Equipment Suppliers. Back in June 2021, I took a faith step and executed my dream of opening a Personal Fitness Studio in Irving, TX. The next day, I was riding down Southlake Blvd and saw the Top Fitness Signage. Upon entering the store my first encounter was with Jennifer Koch. Instantly, I knew I was in the right place. Jennifer was hyper-friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and diligent in asked clarifying questions to ensure I was properly equipped to make an informed purchase decision. It was nearly two months later before I was ready to make my studio purchase, but Jennifer never gave up on me. She was persistent in cultivating our supplier/consumer relationship by remaining in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. During this process, I meet Dan Bell (Market Leader) who was extremely instrumental in helping me to visualize and achieve my dream space. He visited my space, alone with Jennifer, to get a feel of the space, take measurements, and discuss equipment options. Shortly thereafter, Dan emailed me a scaled diagram of my space based on our communication. He patiently made modifications, as per my request, until I was ready to pull the purchase trigger. I was adamant about purchasing commercial grade items, which at the time was not commonly stocked instore. I was excited to find that Dan possessed the expertise and knowledge to source equipment options that met and exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the Southlake staff has made this the greatest purchase experience I have ever had. I also want to give a shoutout to Brian Smith and Matt for always extending exceptional customer service and a sure willingness to assist me with my inquires. I Highly recommend Team Southlake for ALL your home or commercial fitness equipment needs.

We were looking for a spin cycle bike for our home gym and Jennifer helped us with a Stages bike. We had also tried a Peloton at a Peloton store and found the Stages bike to be far superior. Jennifer went above and beyond with her customer service. We are very appreciative and love our new bike.

This particular Top Fitness Store has a n excellent selection of top of the line equipment to choose from. Matt Magee helped me through the whole process from beginning to end finding the perfect equipment for my new fitness studio. Matt went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Matt made the time to learn what we wanted to achieve from the water rower and then selected four options for us to consider. He verified the product features as he moved it in position for us to ‘test drive’ i joked with him about hauling off the malfunctioning bike when the rower was to be delivered…and he very professionally committed to inquire whether they would be able to do so. Lastly, since the purchase was made after the warehouse and delivery service had closed, he said he’d follow with us early the next morning on a firm delivery time and date. And he fulfilled that service commitment. Just a great experience at every touch point. Thank you.

My wife and I had been researching spinning bikes online but wanted to get a feel for it before we bought it. Compared to a few other stores we visited, Top Fitness in Southlake, TX was in a class all it’s own….very clean, bright, and great layout. Although I personally wouldn’t have minded…we weren’t hounded by the sales reps when we first came in. When Brian, the manager, did approach us…it was very easy to discern that he was a genuine person who was excited to help us. We expressed our interests, shared our goals, swapped knee stories, and left feeling like I had made a new instant friend! His coworkers were equally as kind as we made our purchase and as promised, he worked behind the scenes the next day to move up our delivery date. We didn’t expect that call from Brian AT all ….but gratefully accepted! Top Fitness would do well to model their customer service practices by the example set by Brian and his staff here at the Southlake, TX location!

Awesome store with a Top Notch Staff who treats you like family the minute you walk through the door. I did purchase one of the Inspire SCS systems and I am 100% satisfied with it. I did have a small issue with the machine at first but the staff (Jennifer) was all over helping me resolve the issue. She was phenomenal throughout the entire process…. After 6 months with my new equipment, I can’t wait to make my next purchase from the Pro’s in Southlake.
