I have been considering buying my own spin bike for my house for the last several months. For the last 10 years I’ve been using the one at my local gym and the true fitness bike has served me well, but in recent months it has fallen into somewhat of disrepair. After doing my homework and looking around I realized that the Surge was the bike I wanted for my home Once I made contact with TruFitness, it was literally seamless, and I am very glad I made the purchase. Thank you Brian for making it happen. Now that I have written this glorious review, let’s hope I get the bike sooner versus later .

My wife and I were in Southlake shopping for a treadmill. I had taken her to Academy before to show a good, better, best situation. 2 other stores in the area were closed on Sundays. Brian greeted us and was very helpful. Top Fitness has more choices and high end equipment. Brian was very helpful in finding a model that was in our price range. We picked out a PreCor. I bought a mat and 2 sets of dumbbells. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Brian. I’ve been to Top Fitness a couple times. Each time has been good. Today was top notch. Our treadmill is being delivered tomorrow.

First class in every respect. Brian knows the equipment, was great on price, and their men showed up on time and knocked out the assembly and installation efficiently. We are so pleased with the equipment we purchased there. We ordered in-store and the delivery was quick and seamless! The installers were incredibly professional and there was attention to detail/care in bringing the boxes of equipment up to our second floor and installing. Love the atmosphere literally just walking thru the door. Ms Jennifer made us feel right at home, with her hospitality and concern for our needs. Yes, I'm one of those who don't usually leave reviews, but when you have an excellent experience, it's only right to share it with others. I had a great experience working with Brian at Top Fitness (TF)! I was looking for a piece of home equipment that can fit my busy lifestyle after having baby number three. I searched online for approximately two weeks and settled on a version of equipment I was interested in. I live about 45 minutes from TF, so I called in advance to get some information and spoke with Brian. He was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions without rushing me to "just come in and take a look." I scheduled a time to come to Southlake to meet him and look around the store, and I'm so glad I did. The store is very nice and offers every type of equipment imaginable. Brian was just as pleasant in person and took his time to show me around. I fell in love with the Spirit Incline Stepper! Brian didn't hover or pressure us to decide while my husband and I thought it over. When I settled on the stepper, he gave us a great deal and was able to schedule my delivery a few days later! The day before delivery, my husband decided to buy a mat to go under his equipment, so we called TF and paid for it over the phone and we were able to add it to the shipment! Delivery arrived a day early and it went well, the guys were polite and respectful. I've had the equipment for about two weeks, and I'm very pleased with my choice. It's super quiet, sturdy, durable, and fits perfectly in my home office.

I had a great experience purchasing a Precor treadmill from Top Fitness. Matthew did an excellent job at talking us through all the different models and options with patience and friendliness. At no point did we feel pressured to buy but he took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. Delivery and assembly were also done on time and correctly. They took the time to level and adjust the treadmill in our home. The Precor treadmills are top of the line. This is the second one we’ve purchased. The first is 19 years old and has required no maintenance but it was handed down to one of our kids. We’ve purchased several other pieces of home fitness equipment from other fitness stores and this has been the most pleasant so far. By the way, we got an excellent deal on it and was comparable to what we paid 19 years ago! Can’t beat that!

Brian, the manager, was charming and very knowledgeable. The True treadmills are excellent and last forever- I'm only buying a new one because the old one is 24 years old and has limited features. It still works though!
