Stopped in to Top Fitness in Southlake to look at stair steppers/ellipticals. The manager Brian was very helpful. He asked questions we hadn’t thought about and directed us to what he had available, from used equipment all the way to high end. Brian gave us the details on each and then stepped away to let us use and discuss each piece at our own pace. We ended up getting the Spirit XS895. Big thanks to Brian for all the help.

Wow, this place was pretty awesome. Walked in about a week ago with my girlfriend, and was greeted by Brian. Super awesome guy, he listened to what we were trying to accomplish with our home gym, and then asked questions and suggested certain machines and equipment that we’d use based on what we had in mind. Top of the line equipment and good, fair prices. We spent a couple grand on a bunch of cool stuff. Delivery was scheduled for a few days after we placed our order, and the delivery techs brought in all the equipment, assembled it, staged it where we wanted it in our home fitness studio, and then gave us a run-down on how everything worked and made sure everything was functioning smoothly. There was also a workout bench I bought on the day we ordered everything, that wouldn’t fit in our sports car. Brian went above and beyond and literally personally assembled and dropped off the bench to my house (I live around the corner from the store). Like, wow! How awesome is that? Hahaha Everyone that we came in contact with from Top Fitness was super friendly, helpful, and cool. The entire experience was so great that my girlfriend and I will be going to Top Fitness before any other place, for all our fitness equipment needs in the future. It’s not every day that you meet awesome people who deliver an exceptional, friendly customer service experience to you, along with a great selection of products at good prices. Those are what puts Top Fitness at the top of my list of great companies. Super impressed with them. Cant wait to go back. Thanks a bunch Top Fitness, for all the help getting us sorted out with our awesome new home gym!
