My job was a difficult one so I would like to start by saying that Chris and Levern did a great job with majority of it. They were nice to deal with and really tried their best. Thank you. The areas I would suggest to improve on is: 1) measure twice and don't assume. There was an issue because my p-traps were placed too low. But you came back and fixed them and made it right with me by paying for the drywaller bill I had because of the mistake. 2) Chris did not clearly explain to me why he didn't want to use a specific part hook my sink drain up, he just suggested I get new drains that came with my new sink. I was upset about that because I felt he was trying to take the easy way out. After talking with Brakkas I understand why Chris suggested it. I would suggest more explanation to people about why you want to do something. 3) It wasn't until Brakkas came in the third time that I learnt about your memberships and Biosmart. I have signed up and purchased the product. This was almost a missed opportunity. In the end I am happy but there were a few bumps along the way.

When looking for a plumber, I had no idea where to start. I remember seeing The Gentleman Plumbers trucks around the city and I am very happy I called them. Dylan came out and assessed our situation and knew right away what needed to be done. His professionalism and quality of work confirmed for me that I made the right call. I love the fact they cover their footware so no dirt gets tracked into the house. I would not hesitate to call The Gentleman Plumbers again and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Riley, the technician that was sent to my home, was friendly, knowledgeable, and super dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with the service I'd received. The plumbing issue I had initially called in took him barely five minutes to fix, but he remained for an additional SIX HOURS to deal with my kitchen sink, which had been causing me grief since moving into my home four months ago. I can't recommend his work, or the company, enough!

I woke up in the middle of the night with a literal waterfall in my basement due to a bust PVC pipe. I called The Gentlemen Plumbers at 2:30 in the morning and they had someone here within the hour. Wayne was very friendly and professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed! Absolutely awesome service! I will continue to use them and would recommend them to everyone. Used these guys in 2011 to clean the roots out of my pipes and they did a good job, so i used them again this past week to do another root wacking job. Of course anyone would want to pay less, but really, can you put a price on not having all your drains back up? The turn around time between calling the dispatch office and having a guy come in was perfect...they were here in less than 24 hours! I hope not to need you guys again (at least for this job) for a long time! 😊

We'd been having problems with two faucets, kitchen & bathroom. Laverne replaced them both (I bought from Costco and saved money over his quoted price. He was patient and thorough and I appreciated his professionalism. Both taps work well. If I had any issue with the company it's that their prices seem very high (but then I pay handsomely for car repairs now too). Appreciate the one year labour warranty.

Hubby just loves his garburator, a little too much.. apparently your not supposed to put everything down there except the kitchen sink 🤪 ? A bunch of pea pods clogged the dishwasher drain. Gentleman plumbers arrived within 24 hrs and had it all fixed up.

Everyone involved, from the person who came to do the estimate, to those who changed the pipes throughout the house, to the gentleman who came back to fix the connection to the fridge were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They guarantee their work and they made sure everything was in working order from the intake pipe to the faucets. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt, professional, knew what he was doing, accepted suggestions. However, even with the seniors discount it was still pricey. Having said that, at least now we can shower, flush the toilet and drink water. I am grateful!

I'm happy with the service provided. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but it was a complicated procedure to get to the mechanism that needed replacing. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt it was worth the money. He also went through my condo and checked all the taps and the connections. I was impressed by his professionalism. I received the best care. I had an appointment yesterday for a plumber to come and install a new kitchen faucet. Laverne knocked on my door and I was pleasantly surprised to see a well dressed gentleman. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about his work and did a wonderful job installing my faucet. While he was here he also did a complimentary home inspection and made a recommendation on replacing the hoses on my washer and dryer. He gave me important information about how the hoses would react to the electronic appliances and thereby wear out over time. I was not aware of this and I appreciate knowing this so I can avoid a costly problem in the future.
