HomeStarsFound leaking elbow at hot water tank so called for repair. Arrived next day at time quoted. Tank was 13 yrs old and elbow was hard to get at so agreed to replace tank,fix elbow,etc. Found exhaust/chimney was wrong type also (not safe as was not double walled so outside was hot). When removing from roof,,flashing ripped 3 shingles as last installer used about 20 nails and tons of tar,etc. So,,I had some spare shingles so not only did Dave change my tank,chimney,etc he also replaced the 3 shingles,sealed,etc. I dont think most plumbers would have gone to this level of making it right.Thx Dave.

He was knowledgable, efficient and friendly and I would certainly recommend him. That's two of the staff so far: both Blair and Nick have been super!

If I had tried to do this myself, I’d have been curled up on the floor in the fetal position crying for my mother. Fantastic work!!

GoogleMy floor drain was backing up in my laundry room and spilling across the basement floor on multiple occasions. I thought maybe a simple auger to clear the pipe to my septic system would be all I needed. When Cale and Scott showed up they deduced the problem without even seeing below the concrete. The problem was actually that my laundry and kitchen pipes were plumbed straight into the trap in the basement. This is against code and reduced water flow resulting in the overflow of the drain. They determined this without even seeing below the concrete pad. When they broke it up, low and behold the pipes were exactly as they stated it was done initially. They Y’d the laundry and kitchen lines straight into the main pipe and put in a new drain trap independent of the flow then put fresh concrete down. They even removed the potential auger fee to clean the lines to save me money while adding new steel feed lines for my washer taps. They know what they are doing, and try and save you money wherever possible. The Gentlemen are the only plumbers I call. Every job they complete is professional with satisfaction guaranteed. They set the bar high and stand by their work. Anyone uninterested in the dispatch fee are free to source a fly by night company, which may only offer you a bandaid. Costs money to run fully stocked trucks, and fully licensed/insured tradesmen. Thanks,

BBBThe Gentlemen Plumbers had been my "go to" guys from the start. and when I needed their service to resolve an issue with my hot water tank, Tycho and Jason came to my house as scheduled. Tycho gave me the options I had to resolve the issue and as it turned out, there was a need to replace my hot water tank since a repair option did not work. Tycho told me that they would submit their report so I could get some form of refund because the tank didn't meet its full warranty for performance. The new tank was installed, fittings reworked, tested, and the hot water tank has been running very well within expectation! Tycho and Jason were personable and very professional with their engagement. They know what they are doing!! Highly recommended!!

FacebookVery prompt, polite and educated. However, I was a little taken back by the cost to replace a bathroom drain pipe. We paid 470.00 for a half hour job with minimal parts required. That did include the 69.00 for travel which was explained prior to the visit. Having said that I have not had to hire a plumber before, so maybe that’s the going rate???? If your not a plumber, and you need one, I recommend you call the kind people at Gentleman.

Not only was she very friendly and professional but she knew the process inside and out and could anticipate all my concerns. Nick came in to repair and made me comfortable about the whole process. It was done much quicker than I ever would have thought and everything was clean when he left. He did a full house inspection once he was done and found a few more problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again
