We found they were responsive and came the next day. We had 3 minor plumbing issues that needed to be fixed, but one of the issues turned out not to be reproducible at all (home inspection reported a leaky toilet, not found in the Gentlemen Plumbers’ assessment). We felt they were honest in their recommendations even though it resulted in less pay for them, rather than do something they didn’t feel was necessary. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

I found that the guy who came, really knew his plumbing. He checked all the things I asked, & fixed the problem. Also nice to know what you are paying upfront. I would recommend the company.

Low air flow through ducts for A/C and general yearly maintenance. Ryan at The Gentlemen Plumbers (yes they also handle HVAC, not just plumbing) was great and handled everything. Ends up the A/C wasn't installed properly by the previous owner and he was able to fix it. Much better airflow now. Furnace needed some care and is good to go for another year. Great service and a great company to deal with.

The Gentlemen Plumbers took our problem with our kitchen sink very seriously. They got us a first thing in the morning appointment and when they arrived they were very well mannered and gave a lot of respect to my husband, daughter and I along with my business as I run a dayhome. Andrew and Tycko were absolutely amazing, they explained the options that we had after they did the diagnostic and they offered their opinion on the option that we should take. The gentleman were very clean and made sure that nothing went wrong. They fixed the problem and helped us fix some other pieces that were wrong with the pipes under the sink. I would bring them in anytime and I would recommend them to anybody. They do not charge by the hour, they charge by the job! I think that is awesome! Thank you Andrew and Tycko for all of your amazing work!

I called the company and within 24 hours Andrew was here to fix both of my plumbing issues. Andrew was friendly, profession, and thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of the issues. Andrew came out and explained in great detail about pricing and guidelines for the company. Work was done very professionally (leak in a 3rd floor bathroom) given the very tight space. Had to make a couple part runs but given it was just after a long weekend in which he explained he worked so his truck was low totally understandable. Great service and reasonable pricing!

We had a toilet tank gasket fail and flood the bathroom and basement. Mike was exactly what we wanted in this situation - calm, competent and caring. He fixed all the problems he found, explained everything he was doing, and was great with curious kids watching what he was doing.
