The Gentlemen Plumbers have done alot of work for us over the last year; general plumbing, replacing furnace and water heater, changing a toilet and adding a garage heater. they have been courteous and professional, and have stuck with a job until its done right. They are on the top of the list if I need a plumber.

I am on the monthly gold customer service plan for a few years now. Yearly I get a check up about the condition of my home plumbing. I like to know what is coming up for replacement in the house, especially with the hard water conditions in Calgary area. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, I can recommend this company. Replacement in the past 5 years, hot water tank, sewer lift pump, kitchen faucet, furnace humidifier filter,washer hoses, dryer vent and pipe connections to name a few.

Jonah and Dave did a good job installing natural gas to our bbq grill. Aside of that, they did check our condo if there's any problem of our heater, kitchen, bathrooms,etc. They found one problem with our toilet valve in one of our bathrooms, they replaced a new one on the same day. We had this problem for a long time and some of the plumbers from other company can't figure it out or they said that there's no problem with it. But Jonah and Dave had figured it out and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend them!

We appreciate the good work done for us recently by Gentlemen Plumbers. Nick came the first day to assess our washing machine drain problem. Jonah joined him on the second visit replacing the y joint to the sewer as well as clearing the kitchen sink drain. We are very happy to have things back in good working order! Nick and Jonah were pleasant, courteous and most competent workers.

Andrew was amazing! Fixed two issues in the house and did a full home inspection after he was done which resulted in finding an issue with our furnace that would have caused major problems down the road if he hadn’t found it. He was also so patient and sweet with my one year old daughter. Highly recommend Gentlemen Plumbers!

Came to visit my Mom beginning of September. She notified me of issues with water heater not heating for quite some time. She had service visits with local gas company who billed her, but never repaired problem. It was a Sunday night and unable to take shower. Called on call gas company which would come, but with dispatch of 300.00 dollars. Said we'd call Monday for lower rate. Called Monday but they couldn't dispatch until Wednesday. ( unacceptable) I'm not from the states and not sure of who reputable plumbing companies in area, so I did internet search and found "The Gentlemen Plumbers ". I spoke to Maria who took the call and was very professional, sympathetic and kind. Thank you Maria.They were available to come out same day, which was Monday. The technician arrived and his name is Ryan. He discussed all issues, which were more than just hot water heater. The basement had previously flooded as well. The water softener equipment needed looked at also. Ryan determined the drain was clogged, the water softener needed replacement and repair was not guaranteed due to age. The hot water heater also needed replacement and was shown reasons why. Ryan unclogged the drain, we shut off water softener and will be replace in future. He gave pricing and options on water heater. He came back Tuesday and replaced water heater with high efficiency heater with PVC venting to side of home. All installation was handled by him alone and he did an amazing on entire job. The Gentlemen plumbers are lucky and blessed to have this young man working for them. Kudos to you Ryan! Thank you so much to the entire company. 🙏 My Mom now has a company she can call on who won't give her the run around or take advantage of.
