Tom arrived at my house after attending to an emergency call at another residence. I had made an appointment for earlier in the day, however their office assistant called to ask me if it would be okay to move my appointment to a later time to accomodate the emergency. I was previously in a same emergent scenario once so I understood, however it shifted my day plans by three hours as I had to wait an additional three hours for arrival. Pricing for dispatch was made clear during booking, which I agreed to. Pricing for humidifiers was explained to me upon assesment of my furnace set up. I had many questions regarding other piping, duct and plumbing work around the house which Tom was able to answer professionally and with a solid foundation of knowledge. Replacing the 15 year old humidifier took approximately 3.5 hours and he spent some time cleaning and doing a walkthrough of my existing plumbing (part of the package when you call them the first time - included in dispatch price which I thought was fair for the assessment time given toe during my call). Excellent work, however they do charge industry pricing and sticker shock may not be agreeable to some.

Service technician was awesome! He was able to diagnose my leaky problem very quickly and get it fixed easily. We had some good conversations while he was working and he did a very thorough inspection of all the other plumbing in my house. Gentlemen plumbers really did put a smile on my face. Thank you!!

Great response for a backed up sewer. Quick and clean. Kale cleared the issue and provided reasonable options for replacement. Will most certainly look to them in the future for the upkeep of our aging home.

I have had the pleasure of Kale and Adam installing a new hot water tank and furnace. They were very thorough and took the time to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Adam was out a couple of weeks ago for the annual check up, again, a very thorough job. would highly recommend!

More than excellent, Dan & Michael were exceptional, THEY ARE A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY AND GENTLEMEN THEY ARE. WELL DONE BOTH OF YOU. They explained everything to me and were so polite. They checked all of my plumbing and showed me what I need to buy to stop the clogging in the future. A strainer for the tub. I will be using them again next month to replace some pipes. It’s not often you get the kinda service that actually makes you wish the service technician could come back another day, simply cause their service, experience and quality of service and time offered was just so amazing! Our service technician was Andrew and he was impeccable. After a 13 plus hour day of a terribly messy situation he was still the a perfect gentleman with a smile. He made this terrible situation not nearly as bad! He explained everything throughly. He was beyond neat and tidy and kept my house well taken care of, as much so as if it were his own. He was skilled and professional and I absolutely 110% would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs plumbing services. Turned on the furnace for the first time this year and it was only blowing cold air. After a call to The Gentlemen Plumbers, Nick came out and confirmed what I suspected; my 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. After going through all the options, we settled on what was to be installed and Nick and Ryan spent the whole day installing the new system and the upgrades around it. They’re work was efficient, clean and professional. The friendly service was greatly appreciated. My technician was Kyle. He was so well educated at this. He explained everything. He went over and above...cutting out the wet floor under my toilet. He was so thorough. Explained the Diamond Club membership and I also learned so much about water tanks and furnaces. Will definitively use this company again!

I had Scott come to my home to fix a leak that was caused by my upstairs toilet and he did a phenomenal job. He was clean and very well prepared, left no mess at all. He explained how the leak was caused and physically showed me everything that was going on. He explained price break down and prices were reasonable. During his inspection of our water and heat systems in my house he explained everything very well. I would recommend Scott for any of your plumbing and heating problems. By far the best plumber I’ve had do work for me. Will be calling him again for any other issues I have.
