We had a leak in our bathroom in the basement, water dripping from ceiling fan cutout. Kurt helped us in detecting where from the water is coming and located the cause so quickly. It was refrigerator leaking water on main floor and it was sipped through the baseboard and was leaking down in the basement. He installed isolation valve to the water line to refrigerator and advised us to fix refrigerator problem. The leakage in basement stopped. Kurt is very knowledgeable and very professional. Kale was very friendly, professional and timely. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Kale diagnosed the problem immediately and explained other possible deficiencies as a result of my problem. Kale recommended a home inspection, which I hadn't had in sometime and other deficiencies were discovered. Kale repaired those efficiently and cleaned up. He took the extra time to make sure my plumbing was in good working order, even though it was late on a Fri. afternoon. I highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers for all your plumbing and heating services.

Kurt saved my day after a guest accidentally ripped off the handle from the shower. Within 15 min he was there with options and helped me chose what was right for me. The price was very reasonable and that was a huge surprise! He has vast knowledge and was quick and clean and had the house back to functioning with ease. He is definitely my "Go To" Plumber... I was very satisfied with the service I received from the Gentlemen Plumbers right from booking the appointment. Daniel was very polite and explained what was needed in a way that I could understand. He showed up for the appointment to the time that was quoted. Amazing work once again. We have been using Gentlemen Plumbers for almost 10 years now and they have never disappointed us. We had Ryan come by this time for some furnace and hot water tank work. He explained everything so we understood what he was doing and where everything at in terms of shape, then proceeded to take care of business in a fast and efficient manner. We had a mysterious leak on the outside of our house. Jeff & Ben (I think it's Ben - the lovely English bloke) arrived ahead of schedule and investigated. Turns out it wasn't an easy job at all. A staple from new flooring had pierced a pipe at a really difficult location to access. The guys figured it all out, but first quoted the price for the job, which was great. They kept us apprised of everything during the job and answered our many questions. It's also wonderful that they do a full home inspection for no extra charge and let us know of any recommendations. Helpful but never pushy. Always friendly and thorough. True GENTLEMEN plumbers. Thank you!

The girl I talked to on the phone was very helpful. She made our appointment for the next day and offered to call us if a time became available before that. Daniel S. arrived on time. Steve was our total heating and plumbing inspector. He was very friendly and courteous and he explained everything to us as he inspected it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We feel comfortable that our home is safe after his check. I was unfamiliar with many aspects of the work required and Ryan explained everything and answered my questions in a friendly, honest, easy to understand, and realistic way. Based on the discussions Ryan and I had, I was very comfortable with the decisions I made on behalf of my family and our financial situation. Our experience took longer that we originally anticipated. Our original call was for a leaking faucet. After a thorough check of the appliances we were advised that the hard water was probably the source of some of our problems and could cause us problems in the future. A water softener was recommended and we were happy to proceed with this having had one in the past. I was impressed that they were able to install this the same day. We were initially very satisfied until we realized our leak still existed after we thought it had been fixed. We had some other issues but all have been resolved to our satisfaction. We have worked with two different technicians during this week but the resolution of our problems by the Manager Ashley was outstanding. Her final goal was to see us 100% satisfied. She listened to our concerns without prejudice and was willing to do whatever it took to make things right. To find a company that stands by their 100% guarantee of satisfaction or a full refund is refreshing is very much needed in the trade industry. Due to the customer comes first attitude in resolving our problems, I would recommend this company to others.

I explained the problem to the tech and she was quick to diagnosis it and how to fix the clog. Showed me the prices and what tools she was going to use to undo the clog. Had fun sharing stories and explaining to me the in's and out's of plumbing, toilets and inspected the house thoroughly and explained each issue carefully with me and recommendations to resolve the issue.

Reasons why I liked the company: 1- great customer service on the phone 2- they were able to send a plumber in a very quick manner (same day) 3- the service was well done- we had four soldered shut-off valves that needed replacing 4 - the plumber is friendly and professional 5- the plumber who is a lady told me that the company treats her well (this is huge for me) 5- there were additional services that were offered in an informative but not aggressive manner. 6- the pricing was well explained, and the plumber was organized and well-equipped. I will definitely call them for future services again.
