My wife and I had our poly-b plumbing replaced in our house. We met with Kurt two weeks prior to booking this job. Kurt walked through the house and provided us with a thorough evaluation of the work required. He also provided an estimate. We are happy to report that the job was completed on schedule and did not exceed estimated work charges. Kurt and his crew from Action Auger Plumbing did a fantastic job of replacing our old plumbing . We were extremely satisfied with the service that we received. I called The Gentleman Plumbers at 5:30 on a Tuesday asking for help with a leaky toilet. They were able to get a plumber to me Wednesday morning by 8 am. Ben and Jeff showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed what the issue was and gave me options as to how to fix it. They were very open about pricing and were not pushy about "the more expensive option". When asked for their professional opinion they gave it freely. They replaced the whole toilet quickly and efficiently. They have all the tools that they need in their truck so no matter what you choose they can help you right away. They ended up having to take part of my baseboard out to fit the toilet in but instead of leaving me with more work to do once they left they were creative and were able to put the baseboard back on after some nice carpentry work! I would absolutely recommend The Gentleman Plumbers!! They were fantastic.

Just had Kurt from Action Auger Pluming aka The Gentlemen Plumbers in Calgary fix the backed up kitchen sink in my 100 year old house. Could not have asked for a more efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. He walked me through the process and took care of the problem in great time. Price is reasonable, service is quick and very tidy. The inspection Kurt did of the rest of the plumbing in my house was terrifically helpful - mostly because I now know for sure that things were done right in past renovations. I'm happy to recommend this company.

We were happy with the service received today although the service rep could not find any issues, he did eliminate plumbing was causing the problem with our hardwood floor cupping around the kitchen island. I called Gentlemen Plumbers in Edmonton to address the bathroom sink problem. Call was answered with no waiting, appointment was set up for the next morning and got a heads up before the technician show up. Plumber showed up on time and completed all the work professionally. They offer complimentary inspection service and the technician found a leaking problem in the kitchen sink. And it was fixed on the spot (of course with the standard pricing). Overall, it was a costly service, but I'm fully satisfied with the work and I would hire them again. I would also recommend to work for them if any plumber is looking for a job.

After a heavy day of rain, I noticed I had some drainage issues. After talking to my condo board for advice, I called Action Auger and they managed to get someone to my place that same afternoon. Daniel was dispatched to my place and after some inspection, we determined the sump pump needed to be replaced. Daniel was very personable and exceptionally knowledgeable in this type of replacement. He walked me through each step of the process, and explained how the entire sump pump/weeping tile system works. The replacement pump works like a charm and immediately fixed the drainage issues I was experiencing. Daniel also explained a few maintenance tips to prevent problems like this from occurring in the future. All in all, the experience was wonderful and painless (for me), and I will definitely be using Action Auger again in the future if I run into additional plumbing problems. A+.

Action Auger had installed my original water heater and when its time came to an end I again called them and the service was as exceptional as it was when they first did work for us. All work was completed beyond expectations. Area was clean and the overall home inspection on all other fixtures was an added bonus. I highly recommend them. Customer service is beyond compare.

My problem was a leaking hot water tank and my basement floor was being flooded ... it was a Sunday night and I was leaving town on Wednesday ... I called Gentlemen's Plumbers, aka Action Auger Plumbing on Monday morning and explained my dilemma ... I needed help right away because of my travel plans ... They were there on Tuesday morning at 9 am and replaced my two hot water tanks with top grade tanks and I had hot water within a couple of hours (I hadn't showered since Sunday) ... The technician, Jeff, was personable and went right to work and made certain that I was completely satisfied ... The installation was perfectly and cleanly done and my old tanks were removed and disposed of ... I would highly recommend The Gentlemen's Plumbers to anyone and everyone who requires fast, efficient, and professional service.

The two young men came to install a new toilet in our down stairs bathroom. They checked it all out first to see why it needed to be changed. Explained to me how the new one works compared to the old ones. Then they checked my outdoor taps, said it was a simple fix and so they fixed them all and now no leaking. They tightened my kitchen tap as well. Installed the new toilet which looks way better than I thought it would. They sealed it along the bottom so that it looks neat and clean. Explained how it works etc. They were very friendly and took their time to explain everything to me. They were very neat and tidy, no mess at all. Very professional and friendly. Tyler was professional in assessing the situation, explaining the problem and going over the options. He also gave me good advise when he checked the home plumbing and connections, including sump. The job was a very big, heavy project (water tank) and he handled it alone and in very good time, and left the area tidy. My impression is that Gentlemen Plumbing is working to establish their company for the long term. That is very good to see! I like the warranty and do keep track of such things; so thanks for taking care of a little problem that could have caused me a much bigger problem.
