It was same day service which was awesome. And it came with a free home inspection. My only concern was his quote for the work I needed to be done. It was roughly 50% higher than 3 other quotes I secured. I am sure that comes with being a much bigger company with higher overhead.

GoogleThey were prompt, clean and well dressed, friendly and informative with the wife and I concerning options available for our needs while assessing the plumbing issue for a perspective cost before starting the job. Once completed needs inventory for cost assessment was agreed upon, they immediately proceeded to allocate required parts needed to complete the task, which they mostly had stocked in their service truck anyways. Since the original service call was simply for a 20 year old bathtub valve/tap replacement which had no access panel and required extra work to access and replace, they inspected the 20 year old inefficient, unsafe, discontinued water heater dangerously close to the end of it's life and after a complete explanation concerning the water heater the decision was made to also upgrade the water heater to current standards of efficiency, safety and codes. Throughout the completion of the removal and installation process they were informative concerning our inquiries. They're process was completed with courtesy, cleanliness and the utmost professional efficiency along with a instructional friendly perspective when communicating with us. Bottom Line: Wife's happy!! and our first call to "The Gentleman Plumbers".... Definitely will not be our last, thanks to Nathan and Mack.

Brian responded to this need and made us feel that we could trust him right away. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, he let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to happen in language we could understand. So often, you have people come into your home to fix a problem you have no experience with or knowledge of and they fail to educate you and keep you informed. Brian was not like this at all; he told us step by step what he was doing and even showed us what he was explaining so we could see and learn. He then provided us with numerous options and was straight up about the price, time commitment, and outcome probability of each. This experience was exceptional in every way and Brian personally was a pleasure to have in our home. If we ever need a plumber again Action Auger will be our first and only call and we will be requesting Brain come out to help us.
