Bathroom sink plumbing sprung a leak and needed replacement. While it was not an emergency, we were able to have a plumber on site the very next day. The plumber was very informative, thorough and tidy. We would definitely utilize this company again.

The technician that helped me was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the problem and show me, in layman's terms, what repairs were needed, and why. Although it was a pricey service, and unexpected, I felt comfortable that I was getting honest, professional service and excellent value for my money. I fully trust them to do any plumbing, heating and AC services we need in the future. I'm very impressed with everything, right from the first phone call I made! Will recommend to everyone!

The plumber who came by to move the connection for my sink in my recent reno was fantastic. He had taken the time to explain what i needed to do to connect the dishwasher after I had the rest of the cupboards finished. Very pleasant and engaging, a pleasure to have in my home with my son here and my wife sleeping from a night shift. I didn't expect him to be quiet, but if I didn't know he was here I wouldn't of. The job was clean and nice to look at considering a new kitchen. Provided significant periods of time while he continued to work for me to ask questions. Considering the name of the company, this fella was certainly the choice to represent. I have a membership and will be using your services again in the future.

We have had ongoing issues with our bathtub not properly draining and Richard helped to diagnose and treat the problem. Unfortunately the problem came back a few days later and Richard offered to come and fix it in his own time. Went above and beyond to help. Thanks!

Ryan explained ever thing he was doing and why, which I appreciated, He also did a home inspection and told me what shape the rest of the plumbing was in, gave me suggestions and quotes on what I may need to do next. This is the second time using Gentlemen plumber. Terry is a very personal and professional individual. Made the experience of "water " issue of mine today -exceptionally lighter than what i had thought. Over all this is the company to have any issue repaired as if they were doing the repairs on their own domain.

Nathan did and awesome job and explained everything. He even raised the bathroom mirror a little so the new tap could fit properly. The pricing was very reasonable I thought. I would recommend them to my friends. Under 400 for a new tap installed and about 1500 for a new hot water tank installed and the old one taken away.

Had Steven come by, he was very professional and went through everything in detail. I thought he even went above and beyond the work that was required and he made sure everything was in good order and put new stuff to make it easier to fix if it needs fixing in the future. Highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers! Big thank you so much to Kurt who came out to our home in Medicine Hat to fix what we thought was going to be a major issue with a bill we were expecting to be in the thousands! He would not give up till he found the problem which turned out to be a minor issue at minimal cost, and we got a very funny story out of it! Everyone I dealt with at The Gentlemen Plumbers from the receptionist, the appointment confirmation, to Kurt the technician, were polite, prompt, and professional. We were comfortable with Kurt the minute he walked through the door, he showed up all handsome, crisp and clean, and by the time he left he was wet, filthy and sweaty, and we had a lot of laughs!
