The gentlemen that came over to my place new exactly the problem once i told him what i was hearing. he was very prompt on what he was doing. He also did a complimentary inspection on my condo. If he found any problems he explained them but did not pressure me to get it fixed by him.

Wayne Musgrave came out to our house today to put in new valves in our laundry room. He worked real hard in getting the new valves in place for our new washer and dryer that's coming the next day. Wayne was very professional about everything, I also learned a few things from him to. He did a a great job, very happy with what he did. Thanks again Wayne.

From the receptionist booking the appointment to Mack completing the job the service with The Gentlemen Plumbers was outstanding. I was kept completely advised of the tasks that had to be done and there were no surprises in the cost to complete them. Very pleased with Gentlemen Plumbers/Action Auger. The plumber they sent (Kale) for a hot water tank leak fixed that problem, explained everything with the fix and about recommendations from the overall home inspection. Came back out to repair risk areas and did a great job. Very professional work and they clean up everything after. A++

In the past, Ryan Park helped me to update the hot water heating system at my rental property. He provided friendly, excellent, and professional service. Recently Brian helped me by fixing my clogged sink. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. In the winter of 2015, I needed a furnace and had difficulty finding someone that was familiar with a fan coil heating system. When I connected with Daniel S and Trevor, they were extremely helpful in ordering the necessary part from the U.S. Due to manufacturer issues, there was a lengthy delay in getting the part. Daniel and Trevor kept in contact with me on a regular basis and when the part was finally received, I felt like they took extra care with the installation to make sure everything went well. Last week, I was having air conditioning installed by another company. During the installation, the furnace started to leak as it had in 2015. I immediately called Action Auger and the same day, Trevor returned my call. I filled him in on the situation and he arranged for Daniel to come to my home the following business day to inspect the furnace. Daniel determined the cause to be exactly the same as it was in 2015. Daniel said the part replaced in 2015 should not be defective this quickly and he offered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to discuss this. He also took a water sample to see if perhaps the building water supply may be causing the corrosion. Fortunately, I have warranty coverage through my credit card company. Daniel is aware of my coverage yet he still plans to speak with the manufacturer as he is concerned about how long the replacement part will last. Daniel and Trevor have gone above and beyond the call on not one but two occasions. You are very fortunate to have these two very fine gentlemen working with your company.

After contacting The Gentlemen Plumbers to do a service call last year for our furnace, we were so impressed that we subscribed to their service. We recently had them do a annual inspection of the heating and water systems in our home; which is included with their service contract. As before, their customer service and heating and water system knowledge was outstanding! We would certainly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers!

I highly recommend Gentlemen Plumbers for I had them put in a new sump pump in a few weeks ago and it was fine until a couple nights ago and it came apart so I called them back and Teagan was here pretty quick and fixed it and explained why it had fallen apart..She is a awesome plumber and knows what she is doing, she has a awesome attitude and was very pleasant and also when ever u call for a appointment they are very friendly ..Great staff I must say :-)

My sink clog was not a typical situation. I live in a condo apartment and there was a bend in the pipe several feet in that posed a big challenge to Teagan and her protege Nick. Teagan was determined to fix the problem for me, and she and Nick worked tirelessly for 7.5 hours until it was resolved. I was very impressed! And I wasn't charged a penny more than what I had agreed to before they started working. A colleague of theirs (Dan? Rick? Sorry, I've forgotten) even came over after he had finished his own job to lend a hand. (But by the time he got there, they had fixed it.) I will always highly recommend the Gentlemen Plumbers!
