I would definitely recommend them. Steven came to my house to fix the water coming out of my wall from when my washer emptied. He clearly explained all my options to fix the problem. He fixed and tested everything several times and had me test it too to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Besides doing a great job he was very polite and friendly. Thank you for the great job!

Great Service at a great price! Their service fee is by far the cheapest from the few places I called. I'm really glad I chose this place to fix my leaky Navien tankless water heater. The receptionist was friendly was able to book me in for service the same day. She even gave courtesy call to update us know when the technician is coming. Daniel, the technician that arrived was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can tell he really wanted to help. He was even willing to go the extra mile to get the parts we needed from their supplier. He took his time fixing and stuck around afterwards to made sure the problem has been fixed. We appreciated him checking/modifying our settings for optimal use. We highly recommend this place!

After having our kitchen sink augured and a pipe replaced the day before I noticed a small leak. I called The Gentlemen Plumbers back in the morning and Adam was there within 2 hours and promptly fixed the problem. Adam was a very professional and friendly technician and I would be happy to use him again.

We had Clifton come by and fix a number of small things in our place including the valve in our tub, installing a sink, and our leaky hose faucet. He even took time to show me how I can fix things in the future all on my own (the little things). We noticed a leak last night and today it's fixed. Future damage mitigated. Thanks!

I have been using Gentlemen Plumbers' services for a few years now and can honestly say I have been thrilled each time with their work. They are a courteous team, and always get the job done. They do not push their services on you as a customer, but rather offer their genuine feedback to the issues. Today, Wayne and his apprentice took care of roots in our sewer pipe. They efficiently worked and took care of the problem. Very happy with the results and as always, will call Gentlemen Plumbers when I have another problem (these darn older homes..ugh!).

In Calgary yesterday and today we had Ben and Alan out to do some plumbing repairs, sewer inspection and install a sump pump. They were very professional and advised us on their progress and made sure we understood what they were doing. The cleanup after installing the sump pump was impressive. Well done guys.

I had to turned the water off to replace a cartridge in a bathroom shower. I was unable to remove the outer sleeve of the cartridge. The inner part I removed was traded for an updated version at Home Depot. I phoned another plumber, but there was no contact. After several hours, I sent an online request for service. The response indicating contact was coming was prompt as was the phone call. The earliest slot was in 2 days. I lived without water until Daniel arrived (on time) ... He was unsuccessful removing the "stuck" cartridge sleeve. The shower was installed in 1979 ... It was time for an update ... Daniel completed the project. The other bathroom needed a new sink and taps ... Daniel completed the project. Daniel diagnosed an issue with the house main shutoff valve. Daniel plans to complete the project tomorrow. There will be an additional charge for this visit.

I just move down into a new place and was having some major issues with the plumbing. I called Gentlemen Plumbers, received excellent customer service over the phone and was given an appointment the following day. The plumber Adam arrived on time and diligently worked straight until the issues were resolved. He was polite, courteous, respectful and very hard working. He was only satisfied when the job was completely Done an issue resolved and I would definitely Recommend Gentlemen Plumbers and would highly Recommend Adam Visser!!!
