Called the Gentlemen Plumber's out because our furnace was blowing cold air and would not shut off. Ryan Park arrived shortly after we placed the call and was at the house for 5 hours checking the furnace out. He showed and explained everything he was doing with the furnace. He advised us that the furnace was no good anymore and that it being 12 years old they probably would not be able to get parts for it and that it was the wrong size furnace for the house, it was too small. He also checked out the air conditioning and the air conditioner was over compensating when it would run because it was damaged when it was installed so we needed to replace that also. Ryan gave us three different quotes, so we decided to have both replaced. They arrived at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and did not finish the job until 8:30 p.m. that night. They ran into a few problems with the piping and the way they were installed before. They were fantastic. Since the installation of the new items our house has been very comfortable, whereas before it was always cold and it did not matter what the temperature was set at. Ryan Park, Kale Trim, Nathan Lowry and Aaron Coker were excellent workers, polite, clean and friendly, even though Aaron went into the truck and fell asleep. Ok fine he fell out of the truck in the morning and hurt his knee, worked really hard for a good 7 hours and just had to go rest his knee and have a nap. LOL. I would recommend this company and these fine men to everyone. They were great. Thank you guys so much for fixing everything.

I had Steve from Gentlemen Plumbers come out to fix a clog in my kitchen faucet. Steve completed the job efficiently and professionally. He did not rush and made sure the clog was gone and there were no leaks. He also completed a complimentary inspection on all the plumbing in the house. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted The Gentleman Plumbers when we noticed our main water valve pipe slowly leaking and Wayne came out to see what was going on. He was very friendly, informative and courteous. He nailed down the problem right away and even told us the city was partly at fault. He did a thorough inspection of our home's entire plumbing and gave us some ideas to think about. Wayne himself will be coming back in a couple of weeks to fix the problem and is coordinating with the city to get it all done quickly. If their plumbing work is as good as their customer service, I'll be very happy! Also liked the online chat and booking capability.

I didn't want to call a plumber because I felt it would be too costly since it was in the middle of the night and I have never installed a sump pump before. Although there were no technician's available until the morning I called around 7:30 am and was told that someone would be out between 8am and 10 am. Someone actually showed up within a time frame and Miss Teagan showed up. She worked professionally and efficiently with the installation. She did a fantastic job and represented her company very well. If I ever need a plumber again I will ask for her specifically and I will tell everyone to utilize your service. Ryan was great. He was very willing to answer all of our questions and did so very thoroughly and genuinely. He also did a good job cleaning up all work areas, which doesn't always happen. He even asked if we were satisfied with the clean up. Overall, very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely welcome Ryan back for any future service. In fact, all experiences we have had with The Gentleman Plumbers, plumbers and staff, have been excellent.

These guys did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater. Steven was unbelievably patient with answering all my questions and explaining what was wrong in a way I could understand it, a true gentleman. He had all the required parts in his truck and was able to do the repair the same day. After the job was done he clean up thoroughly as if he'd never been here. He also did an inspection on other plumbing related things around my house and pointed out a few things that needed my attention. My best plumber experience in Edmonton so far.

We had to have our tankless water tank replaced after only 8 years because the guys who installed it did it wrong causing condensation to drip into the unit which then lead to leaks and rust on the inside of the unit. We're lucky there wasn't a fire. Enter Jeff and Steve from Action Auger. They explained everything that had happened with our old unit and answered all of my many, many questions about the old and the unit. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't recommend them high enough.
